Great with the kids, but they lied about taking my insurance. They said I'd pay upfront and they'd bill the insurance directly. After a $1000+ cleaning and x-rays for my two kids, they told me that's only for PPO plans—I have HMO, so I was out of network. I gave my insurance info on the new patient forms well before the appointment. Really disappointed about the billing practices here in Chester.

Just moved to the area and needed a dentist for my 4 and 2 year olds. Saw the reviews and decided to schedule. Wow—so glad we did! The play area in the waiting room kept them busy, and once we were called back, the doctor and staff were so engaging. My kids actually loved their visit. I have four kids and we've been coming here since it opened. My two youngest started at just over a year old. My children love Dr. Christina and the staff—everyone is warm and caring, especially with nervous kids. Both offices are great, and my kids think it's fun to go. They watch TV on the ceiling, wear cool sunglasses, and get a prize at the end. Starting them young with pediatric dentistry in Chester was the best decision.

I have been taking my three boys to Dr. Mazzone since she opened her practice. Dr. Mazzone makes my boys feel very comfortable. Dr. Mazzone and her staff are very gentle and caring. At the end of the appointment Dr. Mazzone gives me a full progress report. If I have questions she takes the time to answer and discuss future visits. If you are looking for a Pediatric Dentist or thinking of switching, I would highly recommend Dr. Mazzone. Their are two offices for your convenience.
Before calling CDS to make an appointment I was very upset about having a negative experience at a another pediatric dental office. A friend highly recommended I take my daughter to CDS, I spoke to LeeAnn and she quickly fit me into their schedule last minute. Upon walking in I knew I was a the right place. My three year old daughter LOVED everything about the office. Everyone was cheerful and welcoming. Dr. Christina Mazzone really took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns.
