Honestly, this place doesn't even deserve one star. We came for four appointments, and after my kid's filling fell out, the dentist in Los Angeles just said it was "ok" and didn't clean it or replace anything. No crown, no protection. Ended up with an infection and my child lost the tooth. Also, no private rooms—all chairs are in one open space. One time the dentist brought her cat in. What about allergies? The receptionist always seemed grumpy. Really disappointed with the pediatric dental care here.

We had a treatment plan for my child, but I only approved work on one specific tooth. When we came in, the nurse said they were doing cavities on a different side. I objected and said only the one tooth. They did the work fast, then we waited 15 minutes. I checked and found two teeth were done! I was furious. Went home and requested copies of documentation, but receptionist said my wife never received them. Not happy with how they handled sedation dentistry or anything else.

The staff is very rude! The only reason I go is because it's near me and takes my insurance. The receptionists have no empathy and seem unhappy with their jobs—don't expect a smile. They don't make you feel welcome at all. I don't recommend this place for dental checkups or anything else in Los Angeles.

22 years! That’s how long I’ve been bringing my children to Dr. Siron. The eldest, who was with Dr. Siron for 14 years, has perfect teeth despite having some setbacks with cavities in her teens. She got white fillings, and she now has straight, white teeth. No ordontia needed. My youngest is 12, and he has similarly perfect looking teeth. Dr. Siron doesn’t just do dental work; she educates children and their families about oral health. Her front desk receptionist has been there for at least 22 years because she has been there since we started dental visits there. That’s a testament to how committed people are to this practice. I have driven from all over LA county to maintain my children’s long term relationship with Children’s Dental World, and the commitment has paid off in my children continuing to maintain their oral hygiene and health as adults. Pro Tip: Once your children are adults, they can seamlessly transfer to the adult practice downstairs. Thank you, Dr. Siron. 🙏🏾

From the minute we came in, the staff was welcoming, considerate, and accommodating. The first time my son had it was the finest it could have been. My son felt at ease since the dental assistant who cleaned his teeth was so lovely and amusing. The dentist is highly attentive, truthful, and instructive. She provided me with numerous opportunities to speak with her and voice any worries I might have. She is a person who speaks to you while looking you in the eye and shows genuine concern. I'm happy to have discovered my son a fantastic dentist. The only drawback is that they solely provide kid dentistry.
