I tried to set up an appointment for my 12-year-old, but after filling out forms they said they only see kids up to 11. Then I called back later and the receptionist remembered my voice and acted really weird and hesitant. Honestly, it felt like it was because of my race. So sad that still happens. I just wanted pediatric dental care for my kid in LaGrange.

I can’t sing enough praises for Dr. Patterson and her staff. They were very empathetic and concerned with my daughter’s injury to her tooth. Dr. Patterson has excellent bedside manner, a great sense of humor, provided very helpful tips and insight on teeth hygiene, and an overall superb skillset for pediatric dentistry. I absolutely loved how meticulous and thorough she was!! Tiffany (T2😊), the hygienist, also did a great job. The facility was beautiful. Our entire experience from start to finish was memorable. Great best dentist ever! The customer service is fantastic I love the way they treat kids! I definitely recommend you take your kids here ! You want be disappointed they have to best staff they make sure your kids are comfortable they make play even give prizes at the end of the visit. Highly recommend they pulled my baby teeth he didn’t realize till he got home that it was gone 🤣🤣🤦🏽♀️
My kids LOVE going to visit Dr. P and staff. The first visit for each of them was uncertain/afraid/nervous but the staff does a great job listening the the kids, explaining what they are doing and making it fun! (The tvs on the ceiling definitely help 😉)
After the first visit, the are sold on “the bouncy ball doctor” and always look forward to the appointment.
