Honestly, I get super anxious about going to the dentist and almost bailed on my appointment with Dr. Will. A friend referred me—she raves about his office and everyone there, and her smile looks incredible now. I'm so glad I showed up. I've never felt this comfortable at a dentist's office in Columbus. Everyone was so nice, no judgment at all. They know their stuff, listen to what you say, and explain your treatment plan in detail. Made me feel like they genuinely cared. First visit first impression I was impressed and left very satisfied. The nurse and the dentist were both great. I've been coming here for about a year now after having bad experiences with a couple of dentist previously. This place is like a breath of fresh air compared to the other places I've been. Very professional place and the dentist is amazing. It was very obvious since the very beginning that he truly cares and because of that he has gained a lifetime patient out of me and I'll also be referring people to him in the future. Highly recommend.
This is a wonderful dental office not another franchise like Comfort dental who leaves you more problems than you came with. They actually try to work with the insurance company and get you the best outcome. I am very happy with the work They have done so far and today I just had temporaries put in until my crowns come back from the lab. I am so happy that I found this dental office. I was lucky enough to have a friend of mine. Tell me about it. A few months ago I actually had my teeth cleaned for real for the first time in the last few years I had been going to Comfort dental and let’s say getting well. I’m gonna just come right out and say it getting water sprayed in my mouth and them saying that was a cleaning, I know what a cleaning is. I grew up with my uncle as my dentist so I know a little more about dental practice than your average person. This office does dentistry the way that it is supposed to be done. I would recommend to anyone looking for a dentist that does great work and accepts a lot of insurance companies.
