At no point during my appointment or leading up to it or paying did they tell me they didn’t take my insurance. I ended up with a bill for hundreds of dollars for a basic cleaning. Shame on this practice for not telling patients this up front.

Avoid this place. It used to have great doctors and hygienists, but not anymore. They messed up my filling—done by someone without a badge. The doctors are awful, and the manager is worse. My husband tried another doctor there, and she was the worst. Not coming back.

Been a patient for years. I called about a cracked crown they placed, and they said it would be three weeks before I could be seen. I mentioned bleeding and trouble eating, but they just said to chew on the other side. Not happy with the service or staff. I'm going to find another dentist for restorative dentistry.

I'd suggest not prepaying for services. On 12/9/2025 they said they'd refund money for unused services, but as of 1/2/2026 I still haven't seen the credit. I've called multiple times and left messages, but no one returns my calls. My family won't be coming back because of this issue. Very frustrating.

Only go bc insurance. This is the worst company to try to reach. The will cancel apnts just days prior to ur scheduled day. They will mess up apnt times as well. They literally mess up billing every single time. For a FREE cleaning, I always get billed something. Then after calling multiple times and being given the run around, they finally correct. Horribly horrible method of running a business. The Dentist seems good. Hygentists always leave buildup on my teeth, they get some spots but leave others. Doesn't do a good job. That back office and front office, they always mess up. DO BETTER PLEASE. THIS IS REDICULOUS.

Usually the dental services are good, but I had a frustrating experience. An early September appointment was cancelled, and I never got a call to reschedule. I called in October and they set me up for mid-month, but when I showed up, my name wasn't on the schedule. They squeezed me in the next day, which was nice, and they gave me the antibiotic I need before cleanings for free. That was the least they could do, honestly.

I normally get cleanings three times a year due to tartar buildup. Cincinnati Dental cancelled two appointments, so by the time I was seen, it had been 11 months. That evening while flossing, I found about a dozen spots of tartar still there. When I called, they just asked if I wanted to schedule another cleaning—which I'd have to pay for. I didn't feel I should pay again for incomplete work. They said they'd "run it up" but nothing happened.
