Don't be fooled by places offering final teeth the next day. After your initial surgery, your jaw needs time to heal as it gets used to the new hardware. ClearChoice gives your jaw that time so your finals fit perfectly. I highly recommend Dr. H and his staff for full mouth dental implants—they really know what they're doing.

Walking into ClearChoice in Schaumburg, IL, the atmosphere is automatically enchanting. The staff is friendly and makes you feel at home. They even give you a tour, which is something you don't often get at dental offices—sometimes not even medical offices. I love how they introduce you to the staff. When you come back, they always greet you by your name. They're very knowledgeable and down to earth. I had questions about my dental implants and they were calm about it, reassuring me with respect. In today's world, it's hard to come by that level of respect or even partial good customer service. The dentist didn't rush the job—they took their time with my same-day dental implants.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this ClearChoice office in Schaumburg. The staff was rude and dismissive, and I felt completely disrespected as a patient. During my implant procedure, the tooth next to it was chipped due to their work. When I brought it up, there was no accountability, no accommodation, and not even an attempt to make it right—no discount, no follow-up care, nothing. Mistakes can happen, but how they're handled matters. This office showed zero concern for patient care or responsibility. I would not recommend this dentist to anyone.

The employees at ClearChoice in Schaumburg were probably the best group of people I've dealt with in a long time. They kept me up-to-date with the procedures constantly. Everything went smoothly. They let me know that even though the implants were placed properly, they weren't 100% sure of the bite and asked if they could make some small adjustments, which I agreed to. Everything else went very smooth. I had my second check-up two days ago and will have my next appointment in a couple of months. So far, everything is great with my dental implants.

I had to get implants due to health issues with my teeth. When I first came in, I was really nervous and wasn't sure if it was something I wanted to do. But going to my consultation, it was so informative—they explained step by step. So I booked my appointment. The day of surgery, everyone in the office was so pleasant, it was easy. Very knowledgeable, compassionate and easy to work with.
The surgery went really well. There was lot of pain afterwards for few days but, the pain medications helped. Yes, there was bruising on my face but it did dissappear after 7 weeks
The temporary overdentures were bulky and soft food was not so appealing but that is all behind me now.

One improvement would be to have little more explanation and guidance after the surgery.
It took 4 months but I do not have to worry about my teeth now. They are perfect now. By the way, it does take time to get used to these new permanent overdentures.

Clear Choice put in a complete upper bridge. It’s not in-expensive and start to finish was 4 months. There were some post surgery developments I wasn’t made aware of during consultation however they weren’t Major problems. Recovery is a long road & probably tough to predict every possible scenario as we are all different. The staff did a phenomenal job helping me deal with these developments. They were extremely responsive, very good communication & helped with everything from prescribing medicine to filing insurance. I just received my final teeth which were 1) much smaller than any of the prior sets (to my liking) and 2) food is not trapped as much as the previous plastic temporary’s. I am 100% satisfied with my experience - the practice is great. I will be back to do the bottom bridge at some point.

I don't leave reviews but they did a great job! I had two implants installed and they did everything that they said they would do. The procedure was painless, the people were great from the receptionist to the surgeon and everyone in-between. The price was more than fair. I recommend them to everybody. So Happy!

Got both top and bottom full arc all on 4 implants at Schaumburg Just got the finals in place ( 4 months) They are perfect. Eat well talk fine. Hardly notice they are there. The temps are a little more challenging, bulky etc. but these are worth the wait. My surgeon was an artist in designing my replacements. Very thoughtful and compassionate. Also support staff are great. a shout out to Jess, a dental assistant I had for some of my visits. She was awesome!! I won’t lie. The surgery hurts, the soft diet is boring, but you get through it and they will help you. Don’t go to a dentist that does this as a side hustle. CC has the research, lab and team to get you great teeth. I didn’t actually get my smile back. I never had a smile this good ever!!
