I had a dental problem which required extensive work. Dr Peralta was kind and understanding of my problem, and did a tremendous job in fixing my mouth. I would recommend him to anyone who needed a caring and highly professional dentist. If you need oral surgery or dental implants in Miami Lakes, he's your guy.

Would recommend this dentist office to my family and friends. The doctor is extremely nice and informative. Odariel at the front desk was super friendly, which you don’t usually get at a doctor's office. Overall the staff are very nice and welcoming. Also no long wait time. Love this place! The staff is amazing, knowledgeable, and puts you at ease. I’ve been coming to this office for years and continue to do so despite moving out of the state. I requested an appointment on Friday for a dental cleaning and yearly check-up, and I was given an appointment for Monday at 10:15 AM. Early Monday at 9:20 AM, I received a call from a gentleman at the front desk informing me that he would have to push my appointment out six months. I had already taken the day off work, so I told him that was unacceptable and that this should have been mentioned when I booked the appointment. I asked to speak with a manager, and he claimed he was the manager and that there was nothing he could do. Very disappointed with how this was handled.
We sincerely apologize for the scheduling mix-up and the frustration it caused. This is not the level of service we aim for at Implant and Cosmetic Center in Miami Lakes. We're reviewing our booking process to prevent this from happening again. Please contact us directly so we can make it right.

This is the greatest dentist in the history of the world. The cleanings by Liliet are the kindest and gentlest ever. I would recommend my children and my children’s children here. I would recommend my priest to come here it is so great. Odariel at the front is one of the nicest guys to ever reach out by phone. Last but not least the Dr is wonderful. I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but my experience today was very disappointing. I have been to this office in the past when it was called Miami Lakes Cosmetic Dentistry, and I always had a great experience. The doctor is still very nice and professional, but unfortunately, the rest of the visit left me frustrated.
First, they gave me prices for the services. Then they offered a plan claiming it would lower all services by 50%, it was even wrote down on paper. But when I was given the updated prices, they said the discount was “between 40–50%,” and after doing the math, I realized I was actually being charged more than that. It felt misleading, like they were not being transparent with patients.
I was there for 3.5 hours just for an evaluation, much of that time waiting in the room with no updates. When they took my X-rays, the mouth tool they used had a very unpleasant smell, and although I told the assistant, she was kind enough to clean it for me.
I was also very concerned about hygiene practices. I saw staff using the same gloves to touch their phone while taking pictures, then the computer, equipment, and my mouth, without changing gloves in between. This is unacceptable in a medical environment.
The biggest disappointment was that when I asked to speak with the doctor to share my concerns, I was told it wasn’t possible. The overall communication was poor, and I left feeling unheard and dissatisfied. Sadly, I won’t be coming back.
