I feel very welcome when I arrive. The young ladies at the front counter are polite, friendly and respectful. The hygienist I have is excellent with me as well as the rest of the staff. Dr. Peter Felpo is very understanding and helpful with my situations and is an excellent Dentist. His assistance Abby is also excellent at her job. I feel like part of the family there.

They are usually excellent! Although this years cleaning I was given an antibiotic injected into my gums that I’m allergic too and allergy was listed in medical record. I was scanned for a nightguard at the same visit…. Phoned twice and was given a different reason each time as to why it had not arrived yet. After several weeks and another call I was informed that the scan was lost and I had to come in for a new scan. Great, I live over 1/2 hour away. Had my second scan today and again I’m waiting for my prepaid nightguard to arrive.
Like I said, they are usually excellent! I think there may be a staffing change going on?
Let’s be real, nobody looks forward to dentist visits. Unless you go here.

Dentists and hygienists are great, as is the support staff. My only complaint is how long visits take. I am typically there for a cleaning for more than 1 1/2 to 2 hours, mostly due to waiting for the dentist at the end of the cleaning and waiting for the receptionists to check me out.
This dental office is exceptional. The whole staff is friendly, professional, and competent. Dr. Felpo has a light touch, a calming demeanor, and explains everything clearly. The quality of his work is the best I've ever had. Highly recommend this place in Clifton Park, NY for any dental needs.

I’ve been coming here for years and the customer service I have been receiving his awful. My dentist is great and all the receptors is great is just the new person in charge that don’t know how speak to customers or understand how listen to customers. I explain this is what the insurance company tells me and she makes me feel like I’m lying. Again I love all the receptionists and my dentist the new leadership is just terrible
The way your office cares for people is top of the line! You were great with my daughter. And when I brought her best friend, who was really anxious, you made her feel right at home. Megan is wonderful. The doctor came in right as my cleaning was complete do no down time. When I paid I do not have insurance and they guickly explained a program that they had which would cover basic items and discounted others. It made complete sense to enroll.
I am a new patient. I called yesterday, and they fit me into a cancellation today! Incredibly thorough and very high tech. No doubt if anything is wrong in your mouth, they will find it and fix it. My dental hygienist gave me some great new tips I had never heard before, even though I have been going to the dentist every 6 months for 50 years. He was great and gentle while cleaning, zero pain. Even the office staff kept the atmosphere very light. Great first impression, could not ask for anything more positive.
