Today I met a hero. The kind of hero that should definitely be recognized and will always be remembered. Dr. Painter may have entered the dental procedure room today wearing a crisp white lab coat, but for me now- I will always see him with a red cape on with a huge S on the back of it, because he’s a hero for everything he did for me today. He restored my faith that I can go to the dentist without zero fear. Literally Zero!!! I continuously put off finding a dentist for years, because my fear and anxiety for dentist far outweighed any potential damage I would cause myself. Thank you Dr. Painter and your INCREDIBLE staff for everything you do for your patients. This ENTIRE team of professionals is legit the best I’ve experienced in ANY medical setting. Every single person on Dr. Painter’s team are top notch professionals with a deep care for their patients. They care about your comfort, concerns, and anxieties throughout the entire dental process. The staff have each other’s backs as well. It’s very noticeable his team members are supportive of one another and the vibe is welcoming and comforting. Also, the entire facility is incredibly clean and inviting with a calmness to it. My husband is super happy with my care today too, because I was treated so well. He even wrote “went great!” on our family calendar under my appointment for today. I felt no pain today. Not once did I feel any pain and I had some MAJOR work done. I have never in my life experienced a perfect dental office, until today. Dr. Painter and staff, thank you for creating a safe, welcoming, and caring environment to no longer have to fear going to the dentist. So much appreciation I have for all of you.

I had to have a tooth extracted, bone graph work and an implant post set in place this week. I have been a patient of Dr. Painter for over 20 years. The team thoroughly explained the process, worked through the cost so that i understood all aspect of the services being provided. The morning of the surgery I came in very relaxed. I chose to have the sedation and it made me very comfortable. Dr. Painter and his team never seizes to amaze me. Procedure went well, and I am on day 2 with little to no pain. The staff reached out this morning to follow up to make sure there were no complications. Excellent job. I highly recommend the sedation if you are having a procedure that is uncomfortable for you. Dr. Painter has been my dentist for many years, and it is always a pleasure to see him and Teresa the hygienist. Dr. Painter does an excellent job investing in the latest dental technology and continuing his education on best practices in dentistry. Their office staff is always very professional and great to interact with. Teresa is very friendly and her teeth cleaning is very gentle and thorough. I always leave there knowing my teeth are in the best condition because of the years of good care I have received from them. I always leave there with a smile.

Dr Painter's office does make caring for my teeth much easier. With having high anxiety about going to the dentist, they use different methods of sedation to help me feel comfortable. Teresa provided my cleaning and was very efficient and made me feel very comfortable. The office staff is also helpful and explain the process clearly. The whole including Dr Painter really are excellent.

Always on time, clean and super friendly staff. Have had some billing issues since they connect family members in their system and husband I have different insure policies. That has been the ONLY issue.
