Absolutely horrible. Very rude manners. Absolutely is not willing to help with your insurance. They will provide you service without disclosing that it’s a special care, not primary care. Won’t even verify with insurance. Then when the insurance declines, they will send you a large bill. Then they will bully you into paying the large bill. No courtesy at all.

NJ kids pediatrics is amazing doctor and staff treat you as a family. Place is new and clean, my daughter is not afraid to go to the dentist anymore.
It was an extremely bad and uncomfortable experience. I didn't even want to give a star. I just want them to check my child’s teeth are in good condition and needed a formal report (my child just had dental exam and preventive treatment two months ago at other institution). But they set a trap and ultimately gave me a large bill that differed greatly from the phone quote, and tried to persuade me to register for their annual membership. The final checkout amount and the annual membership price were close, which I believe was their ultimate goal. The front desk said that doctor wasn't familiar with procedure and even prevented the doctor from coming out to confront us face-to-face when I was checking out, and threatened me if I didn’t pay this fee. My child was right beside me, and you can imagine what we suffered ...
I'm sorry that you did not have a five star experience which is the goal of our practice, 100% patient satisfaction and complete transparency. We always do our best to explain to patients what the estimated cost would be for any services that we plan to render before we see them. We have zero tolerance for patient intimidation and we verified with our staff that nothing of this nature transpired. We would be happy to see you at our practice but we totally understand if you feel differently and would like to seek dental services somewhere else.
I took my two year old here and can not say enough good things. The whole staff is amazing and welcoming, the dentist was so incredibly patient and explained everything thoroughly to me all while being gentle and sweet with my baby.

The Dr and all workers are very friendly, they treat everyone like they are the only customers. She is so good with kids. No long queues. I would definitely come back again.

Honestly, this place is amazing. Brought my 21-month-old for a pediatric dental exam and everyone was so friendly and professional. They explained each step to her in a way she could understand, showed her what they'd do before doing it—really put her at ease. My daughter didn't want to leave!
