I've been a loyal patient for 5 years, coming every 3 months, but my recent experience was disappointing. I missed an appointment in April and understood a fee, but I wasn't charged until July—three months later. That's not transparent. Also, when I asked for the correct email for my records, Denise stopped responding. Not cool.

I just had my first visit after not seeing a dentist for over 2 years. I was so unhappy with that last experience I was just over it. Fast forward I met Dr. Green in Whole Foods and kept her card. A year later I decided to make an appt. I am glad I did. I got a cleaning and an exam that gave me the info and recommendations I was looking for. Needless to say I will be back to my bi-annual cleanings and maintenance. Oh and the view from the exam room was everything and the staff was very nice and knowledgeable. I felt welcome.

Dr. Daniele Green and her Staff are the cream of the crop. All are highly professional and skillful in their work.
They've created a warm, friendly, and very relaxed atmosphere, which is helpful for dental chickens like me! The office is stylish and spotless, they observe hygienic protocols, and yes, those ocean views are quite lovely. I'm always a little afraid, probably because of traumatic childhood dental experiences. But I feel pretty safe here.
Something that amazes me is that I've never had to wait more than 5 or 10 minutes to be led into a treatment room. They stay busy, but they schedule things efficiently, so you actually feel like your time is respected. What a concept.
There are probably twenty other dental offices within five miles of my home, but I drive about 40 miles through traffic to come here. And have done so for several years. Why would I go anywhere else? When Dr. Green looks me in the eye and tells me what I need, I just see truth in there. And I know I'll be taken care of gently, but with modern, leading-edge professionalism.

After going over the issue and the best way to move forward she informed me that although it was not an emergency, it was still time-sensitive and she booked me an early appointment first thing the following Monday and assured me everything would be fine.
