I started seeing Dr. Chen in 2023 and always had a great experience. He's gentle, explains everything clearly, and genuinely cares. But today I was told I'm being discharged for missing two appointments — one last year and one today. I understand keeping appointments is important, but I was never told about any policy. When I questioned it, they said because they're private they don't have to tell patients and I 'should just know.' As a full-time working mom, I'm really disappointed.

Simply the best! I've had many dentists over the years due to constant moving, and Dr. Chen is the best. As a physician myself, I can say he's fast, efficient, pleasant, funny, thorough, and explains everything. The clinic is laid back with Jamie at the front desk being very friendly. I drive an hour each way to see him and it's totally worth it. Moving soon to CT and will still try to come back!
