As a military family, we've seen dentist offices all over, but our experience at this Columbus, GA office was easily the best. The organization was great—they sent paperwork ahead so I came prepared. The dental hygienist and dentist were so kind and welcoming to my kids, and I love that parents can go into the treatment area. My son needed extra work later, and the pricing was very reasonable for pediatric dental care. We'll definitely be returning!

My daughter had an 8am appointment this morning in Columbus, GA. We left home at 7:30 since we're only 10 minutes away, but construction on Bradley Park and traffic on JR Allen delayed us. I called to say I'd be a few minutes late—my GPS showed arrival at 8:12am. The associate Raelyn/Rayley said because I wouldn't be there by 8:10, it'd count as a missed appointment and my... Honestly, it was frustrating trying to get dental appointments sorted with these delays.

fear of the dentist? heck no! My kids RUN into CCD because they are so excited! They've had caps, cleanings, teeth pulled, trauma assessment, etc and still dont have anxiety. Dr. Keller and team are THE BEST!! Dr. Keller even remembers my kids, their names & what we have been seen for in the past (3 of em!)

Columbus Children's Dentistry is a hidden gem for mamas struggling to find a dentist. Despite my initial fears of long wait times, I was able to schedule an appointment quickly, and the staff were incredibly patient and kind to my son. They provided a positive experience for him, allowing him to watch TV and giving him a prize and goodie bag. He even said he had fun! I highly recommend 10/10!

Dr. Keller and all his staff were outstanding from the first phone call until we walked out in Columbus, GA. It's very clean, kid-friendly, and designed for children of all ages to feel comfortable and have a positive experience. I highly recommend this for parents looking for a wonderful dentist for little ones. My 14-month-old did great, and I credit the staff and their way with kids. Dr. Keller and the hygienists were so informative and thorough with their exams for pediatric dental care.

From the moment we walked in, the staff welcomed us with warm smiles. The waiting area has fun activities, making it inviting for children. Our hygienist Arci was awesome—so gentle with my daughter and had a great demeanor. During exams, Arci and Dr. Keller used a child-friendly approach and took time to answer my questions. Kids have been going to a dentist in Columbus for about 18 years between 2006-2024 We decided to try Dr. Keller because my youngest is not able to visit our old dentist until age three. She is currently two and had a cavity and Dr Keller was awesome putting in the crown for her BUTTT I let my son go for a cleaning thinking we might start going to this dentist instead of our old one. Now for my son, he had zero cavities at our old dentist just 6 months ago. Now at Dr Kellers place he had 4 that all needed caps and was going to cost me a lot of money. I decided to promptly go back to our old dentist today to compare the x-rays and low and behold my son has zero cavities. Please be aware this office is scamming people and I want people to know if they say you need a ton of work get a second opinion. Very disappointed I had high hopes for this office.
We are sorry that you did not have a pleasant experience. Dr Keller prides himself in his conservative treatment and only treats when absolutely necessary. We encourage second opinions if you feel at all uncomfortable with any recommendations. It is common for a general dentist to feel uncomfortable with working on children- therefore, we can occasionally see progression of decay because treatment has been delayed too long. We would encourage you to get a THIRD opinion from a pediatric dentist in town as you are receiving two vastly different treatment options. We always welcome opportunities to discuss further, particularly when claims of "scamming for money" are being made, however, we are unable to locate this case with information provided.
We just moved to the Columbus, GA area and I'm so happy my kiddos landed here for dental care! I have three kids ages 4-9, and they had the best experience—they loved the TVs and earning 'money' to spend. The staff were all really nice and explained everything well. My oldest needed some work, and they showed me on the X-ray what they saw and why it was needed, which I appreciated since I'm no dentist. Not only is Dr. Keller phenomenal, but the team he has hired is hands down the BEST! Mackenzi Flores was great at helping me get my insurance handled so that my child’s care would be covered. Today was the first visit for my four and one year old. It was hands down the best dental experiences we've ever had! Dr Keller and his staff are SO kind! And their office is completely kid friendly. We were in and out so quick it felt as if we had just arrived when we left. 5 stars aren't enough!

Our 8 year old deals with extreme fear and anxiety with anything dental. Dr. Keller, Dallas and their teams have been so kind, super patient and so wonderful as we have navigated a really tough season with our child. She has full trust and confidence that you will take great care of her and her teeth. Dr. Keller’s office is always clean, it smells great & is welcoming and inviting to kids and families. We realize the volume of people that Dr. Keller and his team work with each day, yet, we always are made to feel like we are the only patients. They give time and attention as needed. My 2 year old had never been to the dentist before. I was concerned about how he might react, but the whole staff was incredibly sweet and friendly. He had a wonderful experience! I was able to fill out paper work while he played on one of the waiting rooms i-pads. They have airplanes hanging from the ceiling which really impressed my little guy. He laid on their big boy chair and watched one of his favorite shows on a TV they have mounted to the ceiling. Dr. Keller is amazing! My son became comfortable very quickly. I will definitely be bringing him back. I am also planning on switching my 5 year old from his regular dentist to this office. 5/5 stars! Absolutely recommended!
