Horrible customer service. They said we had 4 broken appointments but that doesn't make sense since we were rescheduling and missed one because I had my baby early unexpectedly. Then they did work and now won't reschedule. Managers are rude. Melissa acted like I was bothering her for doing her job, and Susie is always rude.

We've been really impressed with Columbus Pediatric Dentistry for our son. They're incredibly caring and go at just the right pace for each kid. The hygienists explain every step before they do anything, which puts my son at ease. Wait times are short too—we're usually in and out pretty quick. Dr. K does a great job talking to my toddler in a way he understands, making him feel super comfortable during his pediatric dental cleanings.

The visit was great. Our hygienist was friendly and funny, the dentist was sweet. The new office is very nice. My son who has dentist anxiety did very well at this office.

We've been going to Columbus Pediatric for years now with my youngest who was born with cleft lip and palate and has some complex dental issues because of that. They continue to be wonderful! They continue to impress us with their knowledge and excellent "bedside manner". They know they're treating children and take the time to provide proper care and ease anxiety in their patients and us parents. We're so happy we found them for our daughters close to home care. Her care team for her cleft is in Cincinnati, it's nice to have dental care closer to us that we can trust. They're even coordinating with our cleft team to make sure they provide my daughter with the best care.

Cannot recommend this place enough! We needed some extra care for our 7 year old as a lot of work needed to be done. From the front staff to the doctors our kiddo was so well taken care of. Everything explained thoroughly and my child felt safe and happy! We are very glad to be a part of the practice!
First dentist office i have found that listens to me and my child. They are amazing. Got my kid on track after many missed appointments at other dentist office. My kid gets excited to go here. They make us feel right at home, heard and safe.

If you want a place with proper care and friendliness, this is it. We've been with this dentistry a long time. Their old office had a huge slide the kids loved. Check-in was always smooth, and they remembered us even after the first visit—huge for a mom with an infant and a child with a learning delay. Now with the new building and staff, the same caring vibe continues. Our kids still feel welcomed and well cared for.

Had my kiddo here a few times. Staff is extremely kind, great with the kid, helped him through some anxiety — and even made the visit seem fun for him. Business is transparent around pricing and scheduling, so no billing surprises. Definitely recommend.
