Right away, I loved the energy and decor of the waiting room. The staff was more than helpful with all my questions and super kind. Dr. Capra was patient and very informative—he really took the time to explain things. After my visit, I think we might switch to this office permanently. Honestly, scheduling over the phone was so easy—the person I spoke with was super nice and understanding, even though I don't remember her name. My first visit today with Skyler was phenomenal from start to finish. She's sweet, caring, and really knows her stuff. After my cleaning, my teeth looked and felt way better, and I loved seeing the before-and-after photos. She gave great advice for keeping my teeth healthy, which is awesome for family dental care in Phenix City, AL. The doctor was nice too, though I forgot his name. It stinks Skyler's leaving soon!

I have had a fear of dentist for some time now. Unfortunately, I recently had an accident that cracked and chipped my front two teeth causing for multiple visits to get them taken care of. My 3 kids and I had an appointment today. Everyone was so sweet and kind. They explained EVERYTHING to not only me but to each kid so they understood. As someone who is not a fan of dentist I am so glad I found them!
I absolutely love Complete Family Dental! My whole family goes here and has for years. The staff are so kind and Dr. Capra really cares about each client. We feel at home and like family when we go in. My youngest was petrified of dentist when he was younger (the movie finding Nemo created the fear) and would always throw a fit prior to appointments but during his first appointment here, he was calmer than ever and after his visit, he no longer fears going. He actually does not want me to come with him and acts like he was never afraid. I cannot say enough good to compliment Complete Family Dental. If you are looking for a new dentist for you or your family, this is the place to go!
They fit me in same day as a brand new patient with a broken tooth. Got me set up for my next appointment. Very friendly staff and doctor. It’s decorated super cutesy in there! And they didn’t seem judgy that I haven’t seen a dentist since pre-covid. Definitely recommend, but let me get all my kids set up as patients first 😜

I’m so glad I found this dental office. I’m always skeptical but this place has won me over. Everyone is professional, pleasant, and genuinely cares about your wellbeing. They go above & beyond to make sure you understand the procedures and are as comfortable as possible during. I have already recommended them and will continue to do so.
They're so kind and straightforward. I've had dentophobia since I was little, and today I got a filling here—they did it the same day as my regular appointment. Everyone from the front desk to the dentist was incredibly helpful and patient. They're reasonably priced, not price-gouging like gentle healthcare is a luxury. When I had hassle transferring records, the front desk worked with me every step and saved me $66. While I can't say I love going to the dentist, this place in Phenix City makes it way better for emergency services and more.
