Had a bit of a dental emergency today in Smithtown, and the team at Concerned Dental Care got me in super quick—like they always do. Dr. Soria's been my dentist for years, and I'm sticking with him as long as he's around. He fixed me up and explained everything clearly. Really personable and professional. Couldn't ask for better emergency dental care.

My family's been coming to Concerned Dental for over 20 years—they're the best. I'm a nervous patient, but they put me at ease right away. Dr. Soria is amazing, and Karen the hygienist is great too. Last visit, the hygienist dropped a tool on the floor and put it back in my mouth. Then the dentist complained about how much numbing I needed and sent me home saying my teeth were sensitive. I've had this procedure before—it shouldn't have hurt that bad. Not happy with the care.

The receptionist was utterly rude while trying to set up a appointment and then she hung up on my face. I understand it might suck to be making less than 30 a hour at her age but do your job :)
Friendly competent staff very competitively priced really go the extra mile to take care of you I've been to many dentists in the area but concerned is definitely by far and above the best five stars the dentist is excellent he's really great the support people at the front are amazingly friendly and wonderful and the hygienists are fantastic basically a pleasure to come and sit in the chair highly recommended

I love Dr. Soria—he's professional, courteous, and creates a friendly atmosphere. The rest of the staff is nice too. Only thing is, one of the front desk girls with dark hair and an accent wasn't very friendly and was snippy on the phone. Maybe just bad days. Otherwise, it's a clean place and I never wait long. Great for dental exams and x-rays.

Our prior dentist dropped our insurance, thank goodness we found Concerned Dental Care of Hauppauge, the doctors are dedicated & compassionate, staff is so personal and professional, very detailed in every steps to have healthy teeth. They've reinstated our whole confidence in Dental treatment.
The staff is amazing - everyone from the front desk to the hygienist and the dentists deserve 5 stars. But the office maintenance is so neglected- broken tiles in the entryway, heating units falling apart, and it looks like the office hasn't been updated since the 80s. It is very unkempt and unsettling for a healthcare facility. This seems to be a trend with Concerned Dentals offices. Given the quality and talent of the staff, you would think management would want to present the offices as clean, safe and well-kept...
Super professional—got me in and out every time! First dentist visit in 11 years and they handled everything: updated records, cleaning, and even a filling in just 20 minutes. Best customer service I've had all 2019. They deserve a holiday party! Thanks guys, see you for my next cleaning!

Excellent staff—they make you feel comfortable. Sometimes the wait is a bit longer than ideal, but it's worth it. My old dentist retired and a friend recommended Concerned Dental Care. So glad she did! The desk staff, dentists, and assistants are all great. Really happy with my fillings and crowns here.

Dr. Pan is great! He performed an extremely difficult surgical extraction with ease. He explained all the pros and cons of the procedure and made me comfortable to go through it. Most dentists feared doing the work, but he took it on flawlessly.. He contacted me personally to check up and make sure there were no issues after the oral surgery. Which I've had none! Highly recommend concerned dental and Dr. Pan
It was one of those experiences that would always want when ever he/she has to go back for the same treatment or any procedure in a dentist office. I am extremely happy the way I was treated by the Doctor and Staff. I could not ask for any thing more. I just wish that all experiences in any Dental office could be like the one I experienced on June 17th.
I found the office staff in this location to be quite incompetent. It could very well be just my situation, and of course my luck, but for some reason I just don't think so. I was a new patient, and called to make my appointment, while doing so they asked me the same questions over and over again (I assumed they were being thorough), so that didn't bother me quite that much. Then I arrived for my appointment a half hour in advance. I signed in, and sat down (no one greeted me or asked about my appointment although there were 3 women sitting there). A half hour later, they called me up to the desk, and asked me about my appointment, which according to them was nonexistent. My Appointment never made it to their schedule, or computer (they're trying to transfer to paperless, but the older generation that works there is computer illiterate). So then they said they could fit me in, for when I was actually scheduled. I sat back down, and waited for another half hour when they finally called me in for my cleaning. They then proceed to take x-rays which took 15 minutes, and then I was waiting for about 45 minutes just for the dentist to come to give me a cleaning. So I waited an hour and a half (not including the half hour I got there early) just for 15 minutes worth of x-rays, and then decided to leave. Now I must find another dentist, and because they took the old version of x-rays not panoramic, my insurance won’t cover a new set and this office will not give the ones they took. What a waste. This is just my experience. My fiancé also had an appointment with them, and his insurance is 80%/20% coverage, they told him he owed $486 on a $700 bill. That math was with them using a calculator. He had to argue with them that 20% of $700 is $140 not $486, that took four of the women to figure out.
Again all and all the dentists themselves may be top rated or number one in the country for all I know, but with the aggravation this office causes it’s not worth my time. Good Luck!
