The hygienist did a very good job explaining different situations with crowns and gums, she said I was doing a good job and my gums looked great!!

Dr. Amy Cook is a pure dream to have as a dentist. She and her dental staff in Auburn are warm, comforting, and knowledgeable in the art of dentistry. Dr. Cook is the kindest dentist I have ever seen as a patient—and I used to hate seeing the dentist. She volunteers to do charitable dental care for less fortunate people who have lost their smile. I had been looking for another dentist due to staffing changes at my old office. Dr. Cook came highly recommended by a colleague, so I gave her a call. After my initial visit and exam in Auburn, I was so pleased I went back to thank my colleague for the referral! 5 stars all around. Dr. Cook was informative throughout the exam; her recommendations and treatment plan came with detailed explanations based on her years of experience. I really appreciate the communication and professionalism—very different from previous dentists. My hygienist Kaylie was gentle during my dental cleaning.

Honestly, couldn't recommend Dr. Cook and her entire office more highly. Everyone is so kind, and they truly go out of their way to make what can be an anxiety-inducing experience feel calm and relaxing. I tell almost everyone about how comfortable their chairs are! It's the little touches—the lavender pillow, complimentary headphones so you don't have to hear the drill, and warm blankets—that make such a difference. Those thoughtful details make the experience comfortable, but it's the genuine kindness of the whole team that makes your visit truly memorable. Bonus points: they're in Auburn, WA!

Every staff member does an amazing job. Always greeted when walking in, and with their text notifications I'm always reminded of upcoming appointments and can complete paperwork in advance. During the process they always ask if you're okay or comfortable. They're super thorough with their work and will talk to you if there are any concerns. Best location I've been to for dental cleanings in Auburn.

Dr. Cook is absolutely amazing! I've always struggled at the dentist, and she takes the time to ensure you're comfortable with every step of a procedure. The receptionists at the front desk are so friendly and kind. The office even has amenities like a weighted blanket, lavender eye mask, or earbuds with music for you to enjoy during your procedure. Through all those years, the care has maintained the caring, professional, and friendly atmosphere that makes my trip to the dentist a genuine pleasure. I've often felt like just another customer on a conveyor belt at other offices, but that wasn't the case here. The dental care is A+. The extended staff has a good vibe about them too. Dr. Cook was warm and professional, tailoring her expertise to my specific needs and providing insights that past dentists hadn't. Her suggestions were relevant with no hint of upsell. The dental hygienist was excellent too—no pain, no discomfort, no fatigued jaw. My previous dentist had a 3-month wait, so I looked elsewhere and stumbled upon Cook Family Dentistry via Google Maps. Glad I gave it a try.

Very happy with my years of care at Cook Family Dentistry! I am not a fan of fillings (who is?) But given they are necessary at times, I was pleasantly surprised with the new laser procedure that means less anesthesia and doesnt come with that awful drilling noise. Lasers!!! They are so much less of a trial and are quite quick. I was done before I knew it! Thanks so much
