So I'm a dentist myself. When the pandemic hit, I closed my practice and brought my kids to Dr. Trinh. Now that I'm back at it, you'd think they'd let me work on them again. Nope. Neither one will see anyone but Dr. Trinh. Stings a little, but I can't argue—he's that good, and his staff is on point. If you're a clinician having trouble with your own kids, Dr. Trinh is your man. He does great work with crowns, bridges, and everything else.

Honestly, the customer service here is a mess. They called saying I was overdue for a cleaning, but when I tried to book, the next available was four months out. Why call me then? And every time I questioned my bill, a different balance showed up. Feels like they take advantage if you have good insurance. When I asked to speak with the dentist, the front desk kept saying he wasn't available. It's too bad, because the dentists seem good, but the staff running things ruin it.

I'm probably one of their youngest patients, but that didn't matter. I was looking for a great doctor and a place that was affordable and straightforward about my implant. The consultation was free and they gave me a detailed breakdown of costs, procedures, x-rays—everything. Way better than private offices that charge a fortune just for a consult. Dr. Trinh Nguyen and his team did an amazing job on surgery day. I felt calm and there was hardly any pain.

This place is by far the best dentist I've ever been to. I've been going here for years. Dr. Trinh Nguyen and Dr. Tuan Nguyen really cares for their patients along with their staff. They are very welcoming and they constantly follow up with you until your check up. I'm sensitive prone and so Dr. Trinh Nguyen tries to be gentle while cleaning my teeth. If he can't use the machine to clean he does it by hand. He always pauses to see if I'm doing ok or if he needs to stop. His dental assistant makes sure I'm ok too when she flosses and brushes coating on my teeth. Thank you CDIC Team!!
