Honestly, I had a good experience there myself, so I sent my daughter to get her wisdom tooth pulled. But man, Dr. Bullard came in with a bad attitude and didn't even warn her before the numbing shot. She started feeling the pain and tearing up, and when she said yes it hurt, he got mad and said she should've told him. Then the receptionist asked if she wanted to be asleep, she said no, and he slammed his glasses down. Super unprofessional. This was for an extraction in Cleburne, TX, and I'm really disappointed.

Dr. Bullard is hands down the best dentist I've ever been to. I've had work done elsewhere that was painful, but here it was totally painless. I have a lot of concerns about how this dentist does business and bills. They started a cleaning but only did half my mouth, then switched to a filling. Why not finish the full cleaning first like any normal place? The staff had an 'oh well' attitude about it too. Really terrible experience in Cleburne.

Best dental experience I've ever had, no joke. I moved from Nashville to Cleburne recently and needed to get my teeth fixed. I have major dental trauma and anxiety, used to shake and have panic attacks. Other dentists even laughed at me. It had been 5 years since my last cleaning. Dr. B listened and accommodated me. He took his time with X-rays and made sure I was comfortable. Finally found a dentist who gets it.

Having a background in dental myself, I'm usually skeptical. But Dr. Bullard and his assistant are great. He's conservative with treatment, doesn't push expensive stuff, and actually does extractions and root canals in-house instead of referring out. That's rare nowadays. He listens to what you want. Yeah, the office might be a bit outdated, but that doesn't matter. My dad, husband, oldest daughter, and I all see him now. Highly recommend for root canals and more in Cleburne.

I needed a crown in a hurry, and Dr. Bullard got me in fast. He took X-rays, assessed the situation, and scheduled me right away. Even without insurance, his prices are very reasonable. He and his hygienist worked together smoothly for the temp crown and then the permanent one. It fits perfectly, no problems since. The most unprofessional dental experience I've ever had. I was told I could go back with my child after they did Xrays. After a bit and no one came to get me, I inquired. The receptionist was very rude. She told me I was not allowed back even during 1st visits. She lied to get my child in the back apparently. I had to text my child to get up and come to waiting room. They were scared also. The receptionist yelled at us as we left. Besides the 1970s outdated vibe, the reception has no customer service skills at all, I never met the dentist but my kid begged me to never go back.
I had to get a new dentist, and I was suggested Dr. Bullard, I had to have some fillings and for once in my entire life I felt nothing and I was very thankful for that! Dr. Bullard and his team were excellent and I am thankful I was able to feel nothing and sit and relax! 10/10 recommend
My son and I have had teeth pulled here, this is the only dentist my grandson has seen for check ups. We absolutely love going here! The staff is great, Dr. Bullard is great.

After reading some bad reviews, I was nervous coming here. But the staff were all sweet and polite, and the dentist wasn't rude at all. He calmly explained how my wisdom teeth had come in and referred me to an oral surgeon. Once I stopped worrying, it was actually a relaxing experience. This place is the epitome of horrible customer service. We were assured someone would be right out to get my daughter and take her temperature. 30 minutes later. Still no one. I called and the woman was horribly rude, and said with an attitude that someone was fixing to come get her. So I hung up and instead of coming to get my daughter, she came out to chastise me about hanging up. And asked if I had somewhere to be??? Yes, I have somewhere to be. I have other errands. My daughter has school. And I have work. But thats none of her business.

Great dentist, great staff. Straight shooter and very honest. If you are looking for sugar coated feel gooders, this is not the place. They are not rude just straight forward honest professionals. We will continue to see Dr. Bullard!!
The only reason this place gets two stars is because I actually liked my dentist as a person. They recommend before doing anything that you get a deep cleaning which they can only do on certain days of the month. When I left there my teeth hurt on a level of a seven or an eight from where they were poking with the metal instruments (keep in mind of course that I went in with zero tooth painl. He also told me that I needed a root canal which seemed a bit excessive given the crude explanation of the X-ray. I didn't get to the point where the other one star reviewer got or that probably might have happened to me too. Every time I've had to deal with the receptionist I have left infuriated. She obviously has only been hired because she's bilingual and has no customer service skills. Extremely rude. Even if the dentist was a 10 I wouldn't go here just because of the receptionist Maria.
Worst dentist I have ever been to!! The staff was rude. The dentist yelled at me I was 17 at the time who does that? He did a root canal on a tooth and filled it told me it was just a cavity. a couple months I came back because the filling fell out and I was in horrible pain. I had a hole in my tooth. He wanted to force me to get a silver crown acted like I had no other choice. Treated me like I was stupid. When I said I really would like to have a porcelain crown instead and was trying to discuss it with him he got fed up yelled at me about being stupid girl and stormed away. He would not talk to my mother or I again wouldn't give antibiotics for my tooth or pain medication. Said he was 'Done!'. Definitely recommend people stay away from this place.
My top front 4 teeth were rotting out, i went to Dr. Bullard and he assured me he could fix my teeth. Sure enough he gave me the smile i dreamed of. Dr. bullard is very intelligent,he works quick and his work his indescribable, its just absolutely amazing.His staff is so polite and professional. I will recommend Dr. Bullard to everyone i know and i will definitely go and see him again and again if need be.
