I've been trying to get my refund from Creative Dentistry for months. My insurance company requested it three times, but the office just ignored them. They told me they'd only issue the refund if I took down my review—that's shady. I've filed a fraud complaint with MetLife and I'm taking them to small claims court. I'm also keeping the Dental Board updated. Seriously, read your bills. They overcharge you. I attached screenshots of everything.

One hygienist actually told me I shouldn't adopt kids because they'd kill me in my sleep—who says that? The only reason I kept coming was Dr. Reddy, who's really skilled. But since they added the medspa services, every visit feels like a sales pitch for Botox or laser hair removal. Last time, they tried to sell me wrinkle treatments during my cleaning. Plus, you have to pay for parking, and the support staff is just okay. Honestly, I'm done.

Been coming since she started out in Covington only to be lied to and constantly manipulated by their staff. Overly expensive and no consistency with staff. It's a new person every single visit. I've been asking for a pre-approval for my implant for over a year by 3 different individuals. Still have yet to get answers. Years ago I purchased a lifetime teeth whitening kit. I was told I could get replacements anytime. After they realized this was probably an expensive service for them then the lies started. First it was you only get the kit on your visits. I was getting two then it was one teeth whitening kit only. Last visit was you had a lapse in service years ago now we need to get approval for your whitening kits. Entire staff is full of it. Digging for ways to charge you for services unnecessarily. I no longer trust this establishment and will be seeking another dentist
I've been seeing Dr. Reddy for years. Had a tooth sensitivity right before a trip out of the country, and they got me in the next day. She said I needed a root canal, but since it was a back tooth with no opposite tooth, I opted for an extraction. She rearranged her schedule to do it right then—talk about service! Dr. Reddy is wonderful, professional, and efficient. So grateful.

I love the staff , facility, cleanliness and equipment here! My dental hygienist (Veronica) was soo knowledgeable and super thorough. It’s safe to say I think this is the cleanest my teeth have ever felt after a cleaning. At my last cleaning she was even able to remove a stain on my teeth . Everyone is very friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Reddy and her team!

Veronica is the absolute best hygienist - my cleanings and exams are efficient, informative, and honestly a little fun. I cannot say enough about Creative Dentistry - highly recommend!!
My visit was top notch. Erica introduced herself when I first arrived which put me at ease. Veronica did an awesome job cleaning my teeth and gave me a plan of care to step up my oral care. And I didn’t feel rushed when consulting with Dr Reddy. She was very attentive.

JulieAnn and Paulette have been truly professional in ensuring that I keep my appointments as well as constantly walking everyone through how to stay safe and keeping each other safe during this Covid pandemic when visiting the office . My talent manager recommended me to this place and my experience overall so far has been really great and eye opening. The staff I have dealt with are all super helpful especially Abby at the front desk who broke down my treatment plan and worked with me patiently until I fully understood. The procedures themselves were all pretty relaxing to be honest. The staff puts you at ease through good conversation and the overall experience feels almost therapeutic. Dr. Reddy is awesome at her job and was very informative and caring To me. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for dental in Atlanta.

The office is absolutely beautiful. Very clean, organized and impeccable maintenance! The professionalism of the staff all the way from the front to the back is great. Dr. Reddy’s work is flawless. She is not only a perfectionist but also very caring and sensitive to her patients needs. My entire family goes to her and we all love her! I highly recommend this practice anytime!
