All were very professional, polite on time, communicative, even texted to let me know doctor was running 15 minutes ahead and I could come in earlier. Doctor explained what she was doing during most of the procedure. The assistant asked what kind of music I like and played during my procedure.
Honestly, a lovely experience here! The staff is really kind, and Dr. Broering is skilled and efficient. Dawn explained the procedure and what to expect after, which was super helpful. I felt completely comfortable, even though I'd been avoiding the dentist for a while after a bad experience. They got me in and out in under an hour. If you need a root canal (or three), Dr. Yoder and his team are the place. Everyone from front desk to assistants was sincerely pleasant and caring. My experience with Dr Yoder was a blessing…I was in excruciating pain and he comes into the room with smiles and the energy that makes you feel cared for and listened to, and he immediately put me at ease..He would tell me that if the pain was too much to let him know and we would take a break…he was attentive and I knew God had led me to the right place…I later found out he was a Christian and then it all made sense…I had prayed God impress upon me where I should go to have this root canal…and I can’t even tell you how I ended up going to him..But there I was feeling despite the pain that my infection had caused…that I was going to be alright under Dr. Yoders care and I knew it wasn’t a coincidence I was there. Funny thing my neighbor Zoey works for him and I had no idea..She cared for me and checked in on me and I also knew God brought her into my life as well..You don’t meet people like this everyday..They are a special group of people that you wish you had in all aspects of your life…Courtney also was a precious and kind soul as well…She also put me at ease and empathized with me while I explained the pain I was feeling and her kindness was also very genuine and made me know I would forever recommend this group to anyone and everyone…I found myself wishing they offered more services because while I never want another root canal and frankly who does…LOL!! I wish I had that type of interaction with all my providers…Thank you to all I encountered in your office…I pray anyone in as desperate need as I was, finds themselves with the same blessings I have received…I can’t Thank You Enough!! Great place to go when ur in need of care! The entire staff was fantastic, the Dr was so caring about how I felt knowing how much pain I was in. They get you in right away without hesitation. Great attention to detail and explaining the process of the procedure and made sure I understood what was happening and why. I would highly recommend to everyone!!
The experience couldn’t have gone smoother. The staff was quick to get me in and wasted no time after getting me numb. Communication throughout the procedure was good. They even played music of my choice. Staff called after a week or so to ensure everything was feeling right. I had no issues with billing, either. HIGHLY recommend Crestview Endodontics.
Dr Yoder has the best chair-side manner. He showed me my scans, told me what was needed, how he was going to do it, and answered all my questions. I had 100% trust in Dr Yoder.
During the procedure he kept me up to date on what he was doing, in simple terms. I never felt any discomfort. It is now 7 hours after the procedure and I feel fine.
Courtney assisted Dr Yoder and helped a great deal by answering my questions and made me feel comfortable.
