Our whole family loves her, and my teens especially appreciate Melissa, our hygienist. Melissa's so gentle and caring, she actually puts them at ease, which is pretty rare for a dental appointment. Had a really great visit with Dr. Park and his office yesterday in Daleville. Went in for a routine cleaning and mentioned some tooth discomfort, and Dr. Park didn't waste any time—he checked it out, did an x-ray, and figured out I needed to see an endodontist. What blew me away was how they handled it: even though it was closing time, the staff made calls and set up an evaluation for next Tuesday, with a possible root canal on Wednesday. Knowing I have a big trip coming up, they really went above and beyond to make sure I'm taken care of. Super impressed with their level of service and care.

Only see twice a year for a cleaning through insurance. Because I see an outside periodontist not associated with them, I am being charged for periodontal maintenance (for a regular cleaning) by a provider in their office that I have never seen. Bad business practice. Seems a little scammy to bill insurance for periodontal maintenance eval that literally never happened. I’ve spoken with 2 people in the office and was told this is their company’s new policy as of a couple years ago. —Clare Dickerson. :)

We moved two hours away from the Roanoke area, and I still travel back to this Daleville office for my dental care—that's how good Dr. Park is. Gotta be honest, going to the dentist isn't my favorite thing, but Dr. Park makes it much easier with his quality care and commitment to patients. For dental implants or other procedures, I trust him completely.

Very nice clean facility! Everyone is friendly and helpful. Best cleaning I have had in a while and the Dentist was wonderful! Dr. Lavinder is the best dentist I've ever had, she's a perfectionist. Jeri lynn is also the best hygienist hands down. I have had several dentists and hygienist over the years (I'm mature) in three different states, and there is no comparison. Customer service is impeccable. Simply the BEST!
