Been coming here for 40 years now, and honestly, I've never felt more comfortable at a dentist's office in Roanoke. Dr. Coots III and his team, especially Amy and Mary, really go above and beyond with my dental cleanings every time. They make sure I get the absolute best care possible. Too many great hygienists to even name them all! Couldn't be happier with this practice in Virginia.

A friend who's been going here for years referred me, and I was surprised how quickly I got an appointment in Roanoke. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The dental technician communicated really well while waiting for my records, and Dr. Sika was very nice—he even understood my military paperwork, which put me at ease. My whole family loves this practice in Roanoke! The front office staff are super friendly and helpful. It's clean, high-tech, and professional, but still so personable. Dr. Neal is our favorite—she's amazing at dentistry, down-to-earth, and caring. You don't feel rushed, and they keep on time. They don't push unnecessary stuff, just good suggestions for preventative care like fluoride treatment. Honestly, can't say enough good things about these folks in Virginia!

Can’t recommend DR. Park enough! I’ve had a tooth issue since MAY! It’s now November. I went to my regular dentist and they did no X-rays or anything and identified the incorrect tooth and told me just use sensodyne. One day the pain got so bad it was shooting through my face. Came here and he found the correct tooth and recommended I have it pulled. Since having it pulled I have been so much better! I was hesitant at first because he was identifying a different tooth from the other dentist but turns out he was correct! Because of all of this I am considering switching here even if I have to pay out of pocket to see him! Great job!

This office in Roanoke is wonderful for someone with anxiety like me. First visit, they informed me of all that needed doing—staff were kind, polite, and understanding. Came back a week later for two fillings. Dr. Patel was very kind and gentle, listened to my concerns, did an amazing job saving teeth with large cavities. Felt no pain, and she and her assistant made sure I was okay throughout. Great root canal therapy care in Virginia!

Today’s visit was great. While my dentist was quick and to the point (which is OK it’s my biannual cleaning) my hygienist was very kind and gentle with my cleaning. Having been a patient here for many years, I can say this is consistently the best experience in a dental group I’ve had. My partner and three kids as well as mom in law all see someone at this practice. We’ve been here over ten years and can’t imagine going anywhere else.

Dr. Cross is an excellent doctor and he’s very knowledgeable about dentistry and he is so kind. There are three offices to serve you in the Roanoke Valley.
