Had a real dental emergency and needed to see someone ASAP here in Vinton, VA. Usually it's tough to find a dentist quickly, but Cross, Lavinder, Quinn & Park got me in super fast. They booked me 2 days out, then called back within 15 minutes to fit me in that afternoon! They couldn't extract the tooth there, but they filed down the dangerously sharp edge and referred me to Mountain State Oral and Facial Surgery, who got me in the next morning. The people here really came through.

This was my first time visiting this dental office in Vinton, VA, and it was extremely disappointing. I came in early to fill out forms, but the woman at the front desk saw me without greeting me—just kept talking in a personal conversation. Plus, no one told me about the long delay (at least 45 minutes past my scheduled time) until I asked. Whole experience felt really unwelcoming.

Jeri was wonderful as always here in Vinton, VA. I'm dealing with some health issues, and she went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable during my visit. Dr. Villiers took time to review my x-rays and explain what might be needed down the road. The staff is always professional and courteous, which makes dental care so much easier.

I'll admit, I'm a total coward when it comes to dentists, but this office in Vinton, VA always makes me feel comfortable. This time, I was on the cancellation list and got notified of an opening that worked—called and got an appointment for the next day! Saw hygienist Cindy, who was so sweet and made me feel at ease. Thanks, Cindy, for taking such good care during my dental cleaning! My doctor was off, but she said he'd review my file and call if needed.

I had a broken tooth which left a sharp edge. The point kept hitting my tongue when I ate or talked. Called and was able to see Dr. Woods the next day. She was able to grind down the tooth and referred me to an oral surgeon to have the tooth removed. Excellent service.

I woke up with the worst toothache ever. I haven’t been to the dentist since Covid. I am now retired and on Medicare Advantage Dental Vision plan and searched for a dentist who could see me asap knowing that I was in a dental emergency. The office was nice, the receptionist were cheerful as well as respectful, and they took me right back and addressed my problems. They did a thorough examination of my situation and I was referred to an oral surgeon for continuing treatment. I’m very thankful for what they did for me and would recommend this practice to anyone who asked.

Everyone, I have met seem to be really nice, matter of fact, I had showed up a day early by mistake and they were nice enough to fit me in, boy I was so glad that I didn’t have to go home and come back the next day. I have seen several Doctors there and they all are very knowledgeable and helpful even telling me to wait on having some dental work done so my insurance will cover it in the new year. I was thankful that he told me that since it wasn’t work that needed to done ASAP.

Well after much hesitation I went for a visit. This is the most wonderful dental office I’ve ever experienced. They a caring, considerate and most of all pain free! Had an appointment with Dr. Duran yesterday in Vinton, VA, and the whole experience was great. They got me in quickly for a pain visit, which I really appreciated. Dr. Duran was kind, considerate, and took time to listen to my concerns. After x-rays and some tests, they identified the cause of my pain and gave me a clear plan. Loved how they showed me the x-rays and explained everything clearly. Billing was transparent too, and since I don't have insurance, the discount helped a lot.

After moving to the East Coast 6 years ago, I was pretty nervous about finding a new dentist in Vinton, VA—I'd only ever gone to my family's back home. My boyfriend recommended this practice, and wow, was I pleasantly surprised! The staff is super friendly, patient, and respectful. Hygienist Taylor and Dr. Wood were fantastic. Loved that it doesn't smell like a typical dental office, and the chairs fit my extra-large body comfortably. They got me back quickly too!
