Honestly, this was the worst dental experience we've had in Edison, NJ. My son's crown from Da Vinci Dental Arts only lasted a year and three months before it failed. When we tried to get it fixed, they refused because they didn't accept our insurance. The cleanings felt really rough, and the front desk staff just ignored us until we stood there for ages. After dealing with all that, I'd tell anyone looking for family dentistry in Edison to steer clear of this place.

Went to another dentist in Edison after Da Vinci Dental Arts, and they said the work here was terrible! My crowns were left with pocket holes that are now making my teeth look gray. Everyone in my family who came here had the same problem. They even tried to charge my insurance again for a job they didn't do right the first time! Plus, I was told an extra tooth was removed without my consent. I've called multiple times to have the owner fix these issues, but they're avoiding me. Please don't go here - they don't care about your teeth, just money.

As always, the staff and doctors at Da Vinci Dental Arts were wonderful - probably the best experience you can have at a dentist in Edison. Unfortunately, my cap popped out again about 10 hours later, so I'll need to come back. Still, for crowns and bridges in NJ, they usually do great work.

Just had my second visit to Da Vinci Dental Arts in Edison, and it was great. Dr. Morazan and the staff got right to work with my procedure - it was completely painless, which I really appreciated. The whole office has this caring, thoughtful atmosphere that makes dental visits way less stressful. They even took time to consult with me about future work. Needed to repair two fractured teeth at Da Vinci Dental Arts in Edison, and the outcome was incredible. Dr. Morazan's work is perfect - you can't even tell I had dental work done on my top teeth. He's so meticulous, and his assistant is super helpful and caring too, along with all the office staff. For porcelain veneers or smile makeovers in NJ, I'd give them a 10/10 recommendation.

I had a routine cleaning at the office. Everyone was professional and courteous. However, I wish the hygienist was more gentle with the cleaning. She was heavy handed with the cleaning and I am still feeling some pain today. I also constantly had a full mouth of water that needed to be suctioned and she wasn’t always attentive to my needs. The dentist, Dr. Fluentes, didn’t spend much time with me. She only explained one fractured filling that I needed to make another appointment for but not others. I didn’t know there are other treatments needed for until the hygienist came back in to explain. I wish Dr. Fuentes could have explained my situation and the treatment plan better to me. Overall, I think the practice does the job but could use more compassionate patient care.

Even when it was time for payment, they were able to work with me and work with my schedule… From 1 to 100 I’ll give them 100

The doctors and staff at Da Vinci Dental Arts are usually super friendly and welcoming - they're really good at what they do. My whole family goes here for checkups and preventive care in Edison, and we've never had issues before. But on my last visit, the receptionist was pretty rude and uncooperative. She kept saying "I know my job" when I was just trying to explain a minor thing, and didn't apologize for wasting my time even though I arrived early. For all the appointment reminders they send, it was disappointing.

This was hands down the worst dental experience of my life in Edison. We agreed on a price for my wife's procedure, but then they added extra charges without telling us. When we asked the manager Mariana Mederos about it, she said the doctor charges at his discretion - unbelievable! She was rude and disrespectful every time, never handling our questions professionally. The whole experience was so frustrating we had to file a claim through Consumer Reports. I'd never recommend this dental office in NJ to anyone.

Everyone at Da Vinci Dental Arts is super friendly and attentive. The dentist and techs really know their stuff but are also compassionate, which makes a big difference. As an extra bonus, their waiting room in Edison is beautifully decorated with the most comfortable chairs - brilliant since dental visits can be anxiety-inducing! This dental office makes me feel relaxed and safe, always taking the time to check in and ask if I'm doing okay while they work on my teeth. They’re genuinely caring and skilled, and that includes the receptionists, who are also wonderful. And when it’s time for my cleanings, I really feel clean - not a rush job. Worst Dentist office ever! My crown came out after not even one yr. Dr Fuentes messed up my husbands mouth and he was forced to come back to see the man. They never pick up or call back when u leave a VM, let alone respond to text messages. The girl at the front always messing up appts. Today I came for a cleaning and was told I can get my kids cavities done too, that didn’t happen. Dr Fuentes has poor communication, I ask questions to better understand what she was doing for my son cavities, she kept ignoring me. I had to ask the front desk manager to explain. Although she was calm and nice she smirked the whole time I was expressing my frustrations with her! Very frustrated and they take it as verbal abuse because they messed up and can’t communicate. We will not be back! I don’t suggest this place to anyone. STAY AWAY!!!!

My service was very professional and friendly. The staff was kind, attentive and detailed during my appointment. I received a final overview from my dentist at the end who made sure that everything was in order and that nothing was missed. It was a good experience.

I just started going there but I won’t be for long since they won’t take my insurance after 7/1/24. But I really needed a cleaning. They almost made me feel like I was going there forever with all the congratulations and being happy that I was pregnant. I would recommend.

Very kind and gentle staff. My son is always scared at the dentist, but the staff here with him were so gentle. They took there time and explained everything and made sure he was comfortable the whole time. The wait time was also very low and we got in as soon as we checked in. They are also very helpful, my daughter is in need of braces and though they don’t provide that service here, they gave me a card for a orthodontist who took our insurance. We’ve lived in Edison for around 12 years, but have never found dentists this accommodating. Definitely recommend as they have been the best dentist office we’ve been to.

I may be an adult, but I never found the dentist to be a good experience growing up. That was until I started coming to this place. All the staff there are superb at their jobs. And I always specifically request Melissa to do my teeth cleanings because of how gentle yet thorough of a job she does. They also send out automatic text reminders about a month in advance to your appointment, and then every week until the appointment - which some people may find annoying - but I am forgetful so it helps me a lot and gives me plenty of time in case I need to make scheduling changes. I’ve been going here for years, and don’t plan on going anywhere else.

This is a very good place to get your dental needs taken care of the doctors are knowledgeable and empathetic to any fears you may have. The waiting room is comfortable and relaxing and the receptionists are very nice. Once you’re an established patient you don’t have a long wait time to schedule an appointment. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend or family member.
