Before getting a crown at Da Vinci Dental in Naperville, I got an estimate that came back over $2000. I was okay paying for the crown and core build-up, but then they added an extra $360 for lab services that wasn't on the estimate. When I asked if they could submit these charges to insurance, they refused, saying insurance wouldn't pay. The billing process was really confusing.

Dr.Ojjeh, Dana, and all the staff were so friendly and gentle, as always! I got my teeth cleaned and I have never had such a wonderful experience than at this dentist! They took their time and made sure I was comfortable through the entire process, while also making sure that each tooth was thoroughly cleaned. Dr.Ojjeh and all the staff are not there to get you in and out like many other places, they take their time and actually make the experience more personable and make sure you don’t feel like just another customer, and they make sure you are comfortable throughout the whole dental experience! This is truly a dentist that I would recommend to anyone looking!

The attention to detail was amazing - they took pictures before and after my teeth cleaning to show me where I was missing with brushing. Dr. Ojjeh spent quality time with me and didn't rush. I’ve been coming to DaVinci Dental for several years now, & have had a lot of dental work done, Dr. Ojjeh always explains what work is needed & my options, he always takes his time & makes his patients feel at ease as much as he can. He cares about the quality of his work. They try to accommodate their patients with having a good selection of days & hours for their business, & their office staff is always nice & friendly. Their dental practice is expanding & they have a 2nd dentist, Dr. Alzain, that has recently joined their team! They can cover all your dental needs from cleanings & checkups to full cosmetic dentistry!
I was there for the first time today aftera very long journey to finda new primary dental, I'm really happy to meet the most carer and friendly people there.

Hands down, the BEST dental office I've been to. The office has a very warm and calming vibe without any feeling of being at a dentist. Kate at the front desk is an absolute pleasure and joy to talk to and Stef does an amazing job at keeping you clean and not drowning in rinse water. The Dr/dentist explains everything in full and complete detail and is a people person instead of a businessman. Definitely my new forever dental office. Thank you for the quality work!
This appointment was chosen based on my insurance coverage and I'm so happy it brought me to this practice. I missed my train so I was running late and they completely accommodated me despite this. Everyone from the front desk staff, hygienist, and dentist was so kind. Dr Ojjeh took time to show me pictures of my teeth and explain the concerns he had. It's easily the most time a dentist has ever taken to explain things to me, and he had visual education materials as well. He considered my comfort and individual circumstances in his treatment plan. I am so impressed!

Going to the dentist is usually a terrifying time, but Dana and Stephanie were very welcoming and made me feel comfortable from the time I walked into the office, until I left. They made sure all my questions were answered and we had a treatment plan set up moving forward.
