I highly recommend Dr. Roberts. He's an excellent dentist—very skilled and always puts patient comfort first. He genuinely cares, asking how you're doing and what's new since your last visit. Aaron is a wonderful hygienist, and together they make sure your teeth and gums stay healthy. The whole staff is warm and welcoming, making every visit a great experience.

I've been going to Dr. Roberts since I moved to Federal Way 3 years ago. Cleanings with Nadia are comfortable and efficient, even on my sensitive teeth. Dr. Roberts gives practical advice for long-term oral health. Recently he filled a gap from receding gums with a perfect tooth-colored match, and it was very affordable. I really feel like they have my best interest at heart.

My experience over several visits has been positive! Dr Roberts beautifully repaired a broken front tooth . Aaron, dental hygienist, has excelled with keeping my teeth shiny and dispensed excellent hygiene advice.
Had an excellent experience! The office is very clean, and the new high-tech imaging made x-rays super easy and fast. Normally that part hurts, but this was much better and the pictures were clearer. Aaron the hygienist was friendly and answered all my questions. Dr. Roberts made quick, painless adjustments to a crown that was a bit high and a chipped tooth edge. Huge difference! My teeth are super clean and so much happier. Thank you!

My first visit to the practice. The lobby is inviting and calm. Aaron greeted me at the exact time of the appointment. After introducing himself as my hygienist he lead me to a dental chair where I received full x-rays, viewed the insurance coverage and out of pocket, cleaning and dr. evaluation. It was the coolest thing! Aaron is kind, knowledgeable, efficient and thoughtful. Dr Robert's arrived and was equally as personable. A referral was issued and after I received my dental goodie bag and excited to the lobby, Alba at the front desk was on the phone with the specialist setting things up for me. Very impressive. Good people who will make an excellent care team for anyone!

Everyone at doctor Robert’s’ office is kind, welcoming, and professional. This was my first time as a patient and I was blown away at how great the experience was. Especially since my previous dentist didn’t use some of the new and improved technology, I felt like I’ve been missing out until now. Was nervous before my first appointment since I hadn't been to the dentist in over a year. But Aaron, the hygienist, was careful and kind, explaining each step. That really helped my anxiety. Came in for my six-month cleaning. The staff is always friendly and caring. Short wait, hygienist was organized, room clean. She did a quick thorough cleaning and explained any issues. Dr. Dan examined carefully and suggested a treatment plan. Would definitely recommend him for your dental care.

For years, I neglected my oral health and avoided the dentist due to negative experiences. Dan Roberts and his staff have completely changed my attitude towards my teeth. Hygienist Nadia Saeed was extremely kind and informative. She explained her cleaning process and was gentle with all dental tools. I’m addition to a perfect cleaning, she shared with me specific flossing tips and risk areas in my mouth. Not once did I feel like I was being shamed or judged. Dr. Roberts is the kind of dentist you want to be proud of you at your 1 year cleaning. Not to mention a lovely office staff! Thank you!
Very positive experience. Nadia is a very efficient hygienist as well as very pleasant. Dr Roberts engaged in some small talk that made me feel more valued as a patient. He is very thorough and has upgraded the tools used in his practice such as digital X-ray, wireless polishing, and better fluoride treatment. This survey shows he is interested in improving his practice.
Although this was my first visit to Dr. Roberts, he is highly regarded by my retired, previous dentists and they referred me to him. He is very personable and made me feel welcome. He and his assistant were very knowledgeable in implant treatment and I feel confident with any implant work I have done by Dr. Roberts in the near future.

I was late to an apt. and this team graciously let me start my apt 20 mins late! Then I had literally the best cleaning I’ve ever had from what I thought was the doctor, but turned out to be a well-informed, funny and confident hygienist. Super kind, gentle and left me super impressed. The place has a good vibe and the doctor and I had a great conversation, solid insight and assessment of my teeth. I’m happy with all of it.
Dr. Roberts and staff are amazing! After being a patient with the previous dentist for 20 plus years I was nervous to start over with a new dental team.
