On top of that, I've had super long wait times before because they stack appointments, even for longer procedures. Honestly, it feels like they have no consideration for patients' time or basic office etiquette.

After the insurance application was approved, I traveled three hours by car to get here, but the front desk lost my last visit record and application record, and asked me to make a new appointment, and I had to wait for a month each time! Very bad attitude!

Had a confirmed appointment on 7/29 at 11am in New York. Showed up and the office was locked. Tried calling—no response. Super unprofessional. This is the worse dental clinic I have ever visited. The deep cleaning was done in just 3 minutes. I felt offended by their substandard services. I am doing legal research and trying to see how to complain them. Anyone who wants to file a complaint, please reach out to me as well. If we have enough people, we can launch a class action lawsuit again them.
Dr Wu saw me in under 3 mins and only scraped my gums aggressively with a hook. I left bleeding and sore. After a month, my gums are still sore and seems to be getting worse. Won't come here again.
Ok where do i begin , first off this place is PREJUDICE i been here 3 times each time . Ive went threw long wait time from the time of my appointment. Meaning other ppl had came in and been seen and im still sitting there . The receptionist is very rude . I dont think they like black ppl and when seen the work is quick to get u out of there . Dr. Wu is by far the best dentist I've seen in years in New York. They're quick and efficient, plus super friendly. It's a small office in Chinatown, but I've been going here for years and always leave happy. Dr. Wu is good about recommendations and motivating me to keep up with my teeth, whether it's for cleanings or other care.

Dr. Jay Vuong treated three root canals and Dr. Wu did every other treatment such as crowns and cleaning. They saved my teeth! I highly recommend this clinic. They know what they are doing. Thank you to those two doctors! And also the receptionists and assistants they were all so sweet to me!
They are not professional, unreliable, and I don't trust them. Was told I'd get a call back after they contacted my insurance to approve my night guard and periodontist referral in New York. Called a week later—they hadn't even contacted the insurance, and it was an emergency! Called after 2 weeks, still nothing, and I had to ask for updates myself. Super irresponsible and unprofessional for pediatric care or any dental needs.

I seen Dr Lam, for deep clean appt, and i asked if he can remove my cavity wisdom tooth too. he is very nice that he is able to help me. i was appreciated so much, i know it would be a big project to remove it. But Dr Lam is very very patient, he used at least 20 mins maybe more to take it off and i dont feel pain at all, even afterward i took ibruproven for once only . I used scare to see denitist, but i had GREAT experience.

This dentist is a FRAUD! I just so happen to check my claims through my insurance to find out I was charged services I never received. I don’t think this dentist is used to anyone checking the charges to insurance companies.
Why was I charged for a dental cleaning, when I only received a physical exam and removal of plaque and/ tartar? Typically, I’m provided with flossing, tooth paste cleaning and fluoride. I received none of those treatments.

This is the worst dentist I have ever had. I did root canal and crown there, and now got some infection and I have to redo them again. The teeth cleaning is not gentle and definitely not professional if you have another better dentist. I had very serious gum disease, but this dentist even did not have any idea and no solution at all.All his suggestion is that you keep flossing your teeth to build up strong muscle which is nonsense. If you have any questions please let me know. I really do not want such unprofessional dentist to create more victims like me.
