Honestly, I was really disappointed with my visit to this Staten Island dental clinic. Went in for what should've been a routine cleaning, but had to stop right away when I saw someone else's phlegm on the sink. The place just didn't feel clean at all - there were wires around the sink area, the waiting room was hot with no AC, and even the X-ray machine had makeup on it. For a place offering dental crowns and other procedures, you'd expect better hygiene standards. I'm genuinely concerned about safety here.

The dentist here in Staten Island is actually excellent at what she does - really knows her stuff when it comes to dental work. The office itself has a nice, comfortable setting too. Only thing is she doesn't have a dental hygienist on staff, so that's something to keep in mind if you're looking for cleanings along with other services like cosmetic dentistry. Overall though, solid choice for dental care.

Do not go to this Staten Island dentist. She was using what looked like cheap supplies and couldn't even pull my tooth properly. Left me sitting there bloody and in pain. For something as important as dental work, you need proper equipment and skill. Really disappointing experience that I wouldn't wish on anyone needing dental crowns or extractions.

Had a really rough time at this Staten Island dental office. Went in for a tooth extraction and the dentist got fed up when I asked questions. She actually told me to just go to the hospital instead! The place didn't seem clean either - definitely needs a health department visit. For something as important as dental implants or extractions, you expect better care and cleanliness.

My experience at this Staten Island dentist was pretty frustrating. The dentist didn't even introduce herself when she came in, and she was talking to my 10-year-old like he understood all the dental terminology. When I asked questions about the treatment, her explanations weren't clear at all. For a family needing dental bridges or other work, good communication is essential. Won't be returning and already told my HMO how unpleasant this visit was.
