Honestly, I'm super picky about who works on my teeth, and this place exceeded every expectation. My teeth were in rough shape from years of neglect, and I was embarrassed. A coworker recommended Delaware Maryland Dental in Salisbury, MD, and I'm so glad I listened. They got me in within two weeks when other offices couldn't see me for months. The whole team made me feel comfortable, and my general dentistry and restorative care were top-notch. If you're looking for a dentist who actually cares, this is the place.
Thank you for trusting us with your care! At Delaware Maryland Dental in Salisbury, we're committed to providing compassionate general dentistry and restorative treatments. We're so glad you felt comfortable and we look forward to seeing you again!
Delaware Maryland Dental treats me like family! From the front desk to the chair, they make me feel like a priority. The whole staff genuinely cares, and I don't usually leave reviews, but they deserve the praise. Thanks for everything! -Jeramy
Jeramy, thank you for the kind words! We love having you at Delaware Maryland Dental in Salisbury. Our team works hard to make every visit comfortable, whether it's for a routine cleaning or cosmetic work. See you soon!
I just moved to the area, and went to see this dentist a few weeks ago. My first visit for X-rays, cleaning, diagnostics was a VERY positive experience. The person who I dealt with at the front desk was helpful, kind, and professional. The dental assistant (not sure if she was a hygenist, was incredible: calming and kind. Five stars.
However, when I called to schedule an appointment to do the work they recommended, the person who took the call (definitely NOT the person I dealt with on the first visit) was rude, clearly completely inconvenineced by calling, and even more annoyed that I dared to try to make an appointment, This person also told me that the dentist who saw me on day one was actually only availalbe on Wednesdays (not something that was mentioned in the original scheduling, and definitely would have been a factor when choosing my provider). When I asked if there was a dentist who was there more often who might be able to do the work (which I thought was reasonable?), she seemed confused and again, annoyed. I hope I just caught this person on a bad day, because again, first visit was five-star quality.
Thank you for your feedback. We are glad your initial visit and clinical experience were positive. At the time of your booking, you were scheduled with the first available doctor, and this was clearly communicated. It was not presented as an issue at that time. After today’s call, you have since been rescheduled with a doctor who is more frequently in the office to better accommodate your treatment needs.
During that same conversation, you also stated you may seek care elsewhere based on provider availability. If you choose to proceed in that direction, we can cancel your appointment and provide a record release upon request. Our office remains focused on providing clear communication and quality care to all patients.
Had a standard cleaning scheduled at the Easton MD location of Delaware Maryland Dental at 8:30 AM on November 11th. They took my new insurance info and I waited. A male dentist did the cleaning, but he didn't give me protective glasses or floss my teeth. He just did plaque removal and polishing, then talked about extra work I needed. It felt rushed and incomplete. Definitely not what I expected for a cleaning.
We appreciate your feedback and take it seriously. At Delaware Maryland Dental in Easton, we follow standard protocols, but we're sorry your experience didn't meet expectations. We'll review our cleaning procedures to ensure every patient receives thorough care, including flossing and eye protection.
I needed a new dentist, so I tried this place. There are no hygienists on staff—the dentists do the cleaning. Mine was very brief and not thorough. My mouth didn't feel clean like usual. The dentist didn't look for issues much, just seemed to rush me out. Not what I expected from a dentist in Salisbury.

First time at this office and it was great. In and out in under an hour. Everyone was helpful and polite. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist in Salisbury.

Our family has been seeing Dr. Jain for years. He's always patient with our kids, super kind, and really knows his stuff. If he ever retires, I don't know what we'll do—we love him!

The dentists are very experienced as well as the assistants and the front desk is very informative everyone here is super kind and knowledgeable in answering any questions you might have and providing the best service possible! Absolutely love the environment and efficiency of this dental office ❤️
We appreciate your feedback and support Ms. Ennis.
Been coming here for over 12 years, since they first opened. Dr. Jain was always compassionate and thorough, and the staff was kind. I moved away for a while, but they welcomed me back. When I called with tooth pain, they saw me the next day, and got me a cleaning in just two months since I was overdue. Now I'm seeing a different dentist, but he's just as fantastic. This Salisbury practice really cares.
We're so happy to have you back! At Delaware Maryland Dental in Salisbury, we're proud to provide consistent, compassionate care. Thanks for trusting us with your restorative and emergency dental needs over the years. See you next time!
I wasn't a patient here, but when I had molar pain, they got me in within a week. Kelly at the front desk made check-in easy. Dr. Nelson and her assistant were great at explaining the issue and keeping me comfortable. Definitely recommending them to friends and family in Salisbury!
Thank you for choosing us for your emergency dental care! At Delaware Maryland Dental in Salisbury, we're glad we could help with your root canal therapy and make you feel at ease. We appreciate the recommendation!
I had a root canal done on one of my bottom teeth and I chose this place because it is close to my house, so I got a temporary filling then weeks later I went back Tuesday September 09,2025 I had a black lady I believe her name was Dr. Nelson as she was making my temporary crown she drop it 3 times she couldn’t shape the tooth right it looked a mess then the aid made it look the way it was supposed to look the dentist act like she didn’t know what she was doing I was very uncomfortable sitting in the chair so the next day I called and told them I was not going to get the crown done there so they canceled my appointment then the temporary crown fell off my tooth while I was talking to my boss I called them to get them to fix it they refused because I choose to go somewhere else to get the crown done then of course I was pissed and the mixed girl put her mouth in we went back and forth I wanted to kick her face in that’s how bad it was I would never recommend this place if you go here don’t let that lady in your mouth you will be sorry I have another temporary crown I was able to get for free from another dentist the same day God is good the devil will never win But my down fall is I had to choose anther dentist 2 hours away it’s all good I like to travel and I can shop as well GOOD LUCK TO ANY AND ALL OF YOU WHO SEE THIS WOMAN I WARNED YOU this is the temporary crown yes that’s what fell off bad for business The last picture is how a good temporary crown should look like take notes this was done with years of experience and love
Your review is not only misleading, but also leaves out very important details. You told our office that you no longer wished to be seen here, which is why your appointment was canceled. Nothing was billed to your insurance, and you were free to continue your care elsewhere as you requested. The claim that you “paid” for anything is simply untrue, you have a state funded coverage, meaning you are not responsible for payment. Please stop misleading others. What you also fail to mention is the hostile and threatening behavior you displayed toward our staff, including making aggressive and inappropriate comments, which forced us to call the police. You even went so far as to continue your threats outside of the office, telling our staff you had “ bail money” conduct that is completely unacceptable anywhere, let alone in a dental. You left in such a hurry when law enforcement was waiting that speaks for itself. At your age, no one should be behaving in this manner, and we sincerely recommend anger management classes. We will always stand by our team and maintain a safe, respectful environment for patients and staff alike. Disrespect and threats will never be tolerated here.
“Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called children of God”

Delaware Maryland Dental is amazing! I've been going for over 15 years, since they were on College Ave. Everyone is so nice and empathetic. They go out of their way to fit me in and work with payment options. The front desk receptionist has the patience of a saint. I've been through a lot with my teeth, and they haven't failed me yet. Thanks guys!
Thank you for your loyalty over 15 years! At Delaware Maryland Dental in Salisbury, we're committed to providing comprehensive care, from extractions to dentures, and making it accessible. We appreciate you!
I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received at Delaware Maryland Dental. I arrived for my appointment(As a New Patient) but despite ringing the doorbell and knocking, no one would answer the door, although they were clearly sitting at the desk in plain view. To make matters worse, the receptionist gestured for me to go away, leaving me standing outside in the cold for over 15 minutes.
I found this behavior to be incredibly egregious and unprofessional. As a patient, I expect to be treated with respect and dignity, especially when I'm seeking urgent medical care.
Needless to say, I will not be returning to this dental office and would not recommend it to anyone. There are far better options available that value their patients' time and well-being.
I’m sorry you misunderstood the situation, no one gestured to “go away”. What they were trying to tell you it’s that we open at 8 o clock. Had you waited a moment more someone was walking to the door to explain that we cannot open the door until we have at least one doctor on premise. I hoped you’d understand for the safety and welfare of our staff, we enforce this policy with no exception.
I have been a patient here for over 20 years, probably close to 30 and always received the absolute best care. They even helped me when Blue Cross and Blue shield screwed up my insurance for 2 years in a row. They help me get the paperwork sorted out and recently got me rescheduled the next day when I was confused about an appointment time!
I love this Dentist office! The staff is absolutely phenomenal. The two receptionist were so kind and informative. Receptionist are the face of the practice and they set a great first impression. Dr. Morgan is amazing, if you could be seen by Dr.Morgan definitely ask for him. He is very kind, personable, knowledgeable. I truly left feeling a lot better. My experience was great! They were able to squeeze me in and I got in and out of my appointment with no hassle. This dentist office is more updated than my last dentist office, it’s very clean, which I like. I was just very impressed with how fast and informative all the staff was. ❤️ I’m so happy I found a new dentist office!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️ they are amazing here. If you’re having any oral problems, I know they’ll be able to help resolve all issues, they know what they’re doing here!!!
So happy you had such a wonderful experience!
Listen when I tell you these ladies came to work they came to work!! After intensive tooth extraction Ms. Kelly, Ms. Aliicia and Ms. Gina were right there to make sure I understood the orders, was knowledgeable about the aftercare and cared about how I was feeling in that moment. Not only did they make sure I was good my brother was able to book an appointment and get his dental needs taking care of as well. Dr. Morgan also did a great job talking me through the process because my nerves were all over the place.
I honestly can't believe some of the negative reviews regarding this practice? I've been going here for over three years and I couldn't be more pleased with the professionalism of the entire staff from the front desk to the providers. Dr. Morgan has the most relaxing bedside manor of any Dentist I have known. (And, unfortunately, I have been to many!) I would highly recommend this office if they are accepting new patients.
Needed a new dentist. Went online and found Delaware Maryland Dental. Very pleased with everyone from Kelly at reception to the xray tech (didn’t get her name) to DrJain. Never felt this comfortable at the dentist’s office before. Actually looking forward to getting all my issues taken care of. Definitely recommend Delaware Maryland Dental.
Had a toothache the week before Memorial Day. Progressively got worse and was not able to find a dentist. I couldn’t even get people to call me back. Called Delaware Maryland Dental on Friday, and Kelly was the nicest person and helped get me an appointment the same day. I know they may not always be able to get you in the same day but her compassion to my pain was appreciated!! Was able to spend the holiday weekend not being in pain, thanks to the amazing care and concern of the staff at Delaware Maryland Dental!! Thank you for a great dental experience!!
I first visited this office in May 2024 and trusted them to handle filing my insurance claims, a standard responsibility for any dental office. However, months passed with no action on their part. Despite my patience, it was not until October—five months later—that they finally filed the first claim. Shockingly, even then, they did not file it correctly. As of now, that first claim remains unresolved, causing significant inconvenience and frustration. To add insult to injury, there is now an additional claim that they still need to process, and based on their track record, I have little confidence in their ability to handle it properly.
When I realized the extent of the delays and issues with the first claim, I stepped in to help move the process along. I communicated what needed to be done, offering assistance to ensure the claim was handled correctly. My intention was never to be rude or disrespectful. I was merely trying to advocate for myself and help resolve an issue that was unnecessarily dragging on. However, instead of appreciating my efforts to address their shortcomings, the office labeled me as rude and disrespectful and dismissed me as a patient.
Their decision to dismiss me for trying to ensure my claims were handled appropriately is not only unfair but unprofessional. It feels retaliatory and reflects a lack of accountability on their part. Since when is advocating for oneself grounds for dismissal? Patients have every right to expect their dental office to handle claims efficiently, respond to concerns with professionalism, and resolve issues without unnecessary delays.
The lack of communication, their inability to complete even the first claim in a timely and accurate manner, and now their inaction on the second claim, all point to systemic inefficiency and disregard for patient needs.
Thank you for your extensive feedback!
