Worst appointment I've ever had. Scheduled for 2pm, didn't get called back until 3:47. Then at 4:30 they told me to 'be patient' because Dr. Moustafa left to get coffee. Seriously? I was referred by my regular dentist, so I expected better. Leaving patients waiting over two hours and then stepping out mid-appointment is unacceptable. When he finally came back, I was sitting up because I was so frustrated, and instead of apologizing, he got upset. So unprofessional. If you need emergency dentistry or general dentistry in Chicago, go somewhere else.

Honestly, my first visit to Dental 360 in Chicago was okay, even though it took way longer than expected—like from 10am to almost 5pm. The dental work itself was fine. But after today's follow-up, I'm really disappointed with how unprofessional the staff and dentist were. I came back because Dr. Moustafa said to check on an infection after two root canals and see if I need crowns. My appointment was at 10am, and I waited forever. The whole thing just felt off. I wouldn't recommend this place for restorative dentistry or any dental work.
We're sorry to hear about your experience at Dental 360 in Chicago. We take feedback seriously and will address the wait times and professionalism concerns with our team. Please give us a chance to make things right—reach out to us directly so we can discuss your root canal follow-up and ensure you get the care you deserve.
Very bad clinic. It starts with terrible customer service at the front desk—zero knowledge of customer service. After checking in, be prepared to sit for 3 to 4 hours before seeing the doctor. Once I got in, the doctor showed up half an hour later, walked in without saying anything, opened my mouth, did the exam, and left. Then 10 minutes later someone came with a paper saying they need to contact my insurance. This place is horrible. The doctor is disrespectful—I think his name is M. If you need dental care in Chicago, avoid this place.

Never coming back here again! Had an appointment for my son at 12:30. We were less than 10 minutes late due to ride issues, and I called ahead—they said it was fine and we wouldn't lose the slot. Then they left us waiting over 3 hours! I had other kids with me who also needed dental work. It was the first appointment of the day, so why schedule us at 12:30 and then make us wait forever with no warning? If you're looking for pediatric dentistry in Chicago, skip this place.
We're truly sorry for the long wait you and your son experienced at Dental 360 in Chicago. That's not the standard we aim for, especially for pediatric patients. We're working on improving our scheduling to prevent this. Please give us another chance to provide better care for your family.
Horrible! They don't treat patients well—rush jobs and talk to people like they're beneath them. The orthodontist, Shayma, is ignorant and disrespectful, talks to people like garbage. She needs to be removed! If you can't treat the community with respect, you shouldn't be working there. She's a horrible person. If you need orthodontics in Chicago, avoid this place.
We're sorry you had this experience at Dental 360 in Chicago. We take all feedback seriously and will investigate the behavior of our orthodontist. Respect for our patients is paramount. Please contact us so we can address your concerns directly and improve.
Absolutely horrible! They canceled on me 2 minutes before an appointment, then rescheduled and said we never rescheduled. Then they said I had to take scans again even though I already paid for them. So unorganized. I don't know if it's because I'm Hispanic, but they were so rude. Half the time they're sitting around gossiping about the dentist. Unprofessional. If you need dental implants or general dentistry in Chicago, go elsewhere.
We apologize for the disorganization and rudeness you experienced at Dental 360 in Chicago. That's not acceptable. We're reviewing our front desk procedures to ensure better communication and respect for all patients. Please contact us so we can make it right.
I had SO much dental trauma to be handled and they took such great care of me and were all so nice and understanding. If all dentists were like this people wouldn't be afraid of dentists.
Pretty straightforward process for getting my wisdom teeth extracted. Dr. Alsayed was tough but quick—got all 4 out within an hour. They don't offer sedation, only anesthesia, but that was fine for me. The doctors were nice and explained everything about aftercare. If you need oral surgery in Chicago, this place gets the job done.
Thanks for sharing your experience at Dental 360 in Chicago! We're glad Dr. Alsayed made your wisdom teeth extraction quick and clear. We appreciate your feedback about sedation options and will consider it. Come back anytime for your dental needs!
Service here is horrible. I scheduled two appointments as a transfer patient and never saw a dentist because I had to wait over an hour each time. First appointment was in the afternoon, so I understood delays. Second was at 10am—I arrived at 9:40, and by 11am I still hadn't been seen, and no one could tell me how much longer. The only good thing is the front desk staff are friendly. But if you're looking for a dentist in Chicago, don't waste your time here.
We're sorry for the long waits you faced at Dental 360 in Chicago. That's not the experience we want for our patients. We're working on improving our scheduling to reduce delays. Please give us another chance—contact us so we can schedule a timely appointment.
HORRIBLE FACILITY! My dad went there to get teeth pulled, and they left a sharp piece of tooth sticking out of his gums. When he told them, they ignored his request to remove it. He had to go to another dentist who did surgery to remove the remaining tooth and stitch his gums. Our neighborhood deserves better healthcare. DO NOT go here for dentures or any dental work!
We're deeply sorry for your father's experience at Dental 360 in Chicago. Leaving a tooth fragment behind is unacceptable. We take this very seriously and are investigating with our team. Please contact us so we can address this directly and ensure it doesn't happen again.
This place sucks! My appointment was at 12, got here at 11:50. They didn't have me fill out paperwork. It's 1:35 and they still can't verify my insurance. Took almost 2 hours to tell me. I had to go ask! The wait is bogus. I'm telling everyone I know not to come here for dental work in Chicago.
We apologize for the long wait and poor communication at Dental 360 in Chicago. Insurance verification should be handled promptly. We're reviewing our front desk processes to improve. Please contact us so we can make it up to you and provide better service.
This place is unorganized and bad CUSTOMER SERVICE. I had an appointment at 10:30 AM for to get a price on a root canal and a crown and did not see a doctor to four hours to get bad news I did not get nothing done today for the root canal because it was a little too high and my insurance do not cover that it only covers the crown. And the front desk is rude as hell when you try to call and make a appointment they act like they don’t know what the hell they doing, if you have the money to go somewhere else this place is not worth it.
I sat in the waiting room for over an hour watching patients come out of oral surgery. They walked to the front desk and made an appt to get the rest of their wisdom teeth taken out for another date. When it was my turn, I was told I needed bone grafting for my bottom teeth so I asked if he could only take out the top ones. THE ORAL SURGEON REFUSED to take any of my wisdom teeth and said I HAVE to take all 4 out with bone grafting or he wouldn’t do the procedure. The bone grafting isn’t include with insurance and was $350 per tooth. I expressed my discomforted and that I’ve been waiting for this appt since July. I saw other patients just get one tooth taken out. I don’t understand why treated me this way. He is money hungry and doesn’t care about the health of his patients. He is only there Saturdays. He wouldn’t even directly speak to me. He sent his assistant back and forth to speak to me
P.S they ask for X-rays and referral before the appt. He could have reviewed my X-rays and told me from the start and not wasted my time. He made me retake my X-rays. Why did I have to bring my own then????
This is the first and only place where I can say that my family was treated with prompt and great service, Lawndale Dental Center is here for each and every Patient’s needs. The staff has GREAT PEOPLE skills. The office manager Cindy is super helpful, the receptionist was great with customer service, and the Dental assistants and Dentist took great care of my daughter and all her services was done in such a quick amount of time it was unbelievable. Huge thanks to the entire staff at LAWNDALE DENTAL CENTER
I would not give them any stars. Worst dental clinic ever! Avoid going here. I have the worst experience with them. Front desk people do not communicate with the dental assistants and vise versa. I had to wait one hour to be told that the doctor who was doing a procedure on me was not there and was on a leave. The doctor on the floor was not able to perform the procedure on me. Wasted my time!
My second time i had reschedule, the receptionist told me on the day of my appointment that the doctor was not in for the day. I only found out because i had to call them to let them know i was running late. I would had waited a whole hour again for nothing. Unprofessional workers and clinic!
I loveeeee my Dentist. The assistant Esmeralda is always super nice and friendly always make sure I'm okay and not in pain. Dr Elena was very nice and welcoming as well. I'm very scary when it comes to the dentist but the always make me feel right at home with nothing to worry about l!!
I needed to get this broken tooth out ASAP! They made sure that I wasn’t in too much pain and educated me on the problem. The women in this place are so helpful and real! I really appreciated their kindness! This office is the new home for my teeth. They treated me with respect and took good care of me. Thank you Geneva!
If I could give them zero stars I would. I set up an appointment over a week in advance for 1pm. Two hours later they called a woman in who arrived an hour after I did and tried to tell me that she was checked in first. It’s a small office and I literally watched the woman check in an long after me. This is why you don’t let ghetto ratchet b!tches do your dental work. I’ll see a real dentist on Monday.
Great experience. I got a referral from my normal dentist cause they weren’t “comfortable” taking out my tooth. Called and they told me they do take walk ins but the time I would have to come to even be considered. Showed up a couple days later and I was taken care of. I was there about 2 hrs but I still feel like as a walk in it was all in a timely manner. Need some more work done and I’m definitely guna try them again. Answered all my questions which was great as well. Only place that would take me for an ER tooth extraction. As far as the staff being “ghetto” I thought they were friendly funny and down to earth 🤷🏻♀️
Never have I been one to review but This Dental Office has yet to disappoint. The staff is always kind and pleasant with everyone. It has a very welcoming vibe to it, from the waiting from to the chair absolutely seamless. As painless as any oral procedures could be. I highly recommend, after several visits in less than 3 months no complaints.
