The female dentist was good, but billing has been a nightmare. I keep getting bills that should go to insurance, and the receptionist was rude when I asked about it—threatened I'd be responsible if insurance didn't pay. Also my patient responsibility is way higher than the quote. Really frustrating experience with the billing department.

Wish I could give zero stars. This is about billing, not the dentist's work. I went in for a cracked tooth, they quoted $2880 after insurance, but then each visit cost more. Ended up paying way more than expected. Frustrating.

I've been coming to Dr. R for years and love the whole team. Even after moving out of Sayville, I still drive 30 minutes because no one else compares. The new office is clean and has cool tech. Staff always helps with my changing insurance. Hygienists are personal and give great cleanings and advice. Totally worth the drive for cosmetic dentistry and regular checkups.

My first contact was Stephanie, who helped me with my insurance questions and scheduled my appointment. At my first appointment, my dental hygienist was Priscilla. She is very personable and professional. She did a thorough examination, did an oral cancer scan, and cleaned my teeth. I was very impressed. Dr Rostkowski then entered the scene. In my circle of friends we would call Dr Rostkowski a really good guy. He examined me also, and then we talked. He explained my issues, the causes, and the solutions he has in mind. We have put things in motion, and I feel that I couldn't be in better hands. I would recommend Dental Arts Of Sayville to anyone.

My first appointment with this office did not disappoint. The staff were all friendly. Jackie, the hygienist was highly skilled and personable. She did an excellent job on my teeth. Dr Rostkowski was also excellent and personable as well. The office was spotless, beautifully designed, high tech but comfortable at the same time. Shows pride in ownership. I would highly recommend this dentist. Fees were a bit pricey , but I suppose you get what you pay for.
