Scheduling is extremely difficult—I booked my annual checkup six months in advance, only to get a call shortly before saying they couldn't see me that day and needed to push it back another six months. Also, it's almost impossible to see the same dentist; they've changed so many times over the years I've lost count. The place feels like a dental factory, not a practice that values patient care. The hygienists' skill varies a lot depending on who you get.

My crown came out roughly two months after having it put in. Instead of them fixing it, they charged me to have another one installed!!! Crowns are supposed to last for years, not a few months. This dentist office has definitely gone down hill over the last year or so….. Also the wait time to be seen is outrageous. Used to be seen within 10 minutes but the last few times I went the wait time was over an hour!

Please avoid this office. Their work and ethics are deeply concerning. I was sold partials that they specifically said could be adjusted and have teeth added later—I asked those questions directly. Later, two licensed professionals told me these partials can't be adjusted or modified at all, which is why my insurance wouldn't cover them after I paid over $2,500 out of pocket in Grovetown, GA. They also said I might have early gum disease because my front teeth were loose and referred me to a periodontist. After two second opinions, my gums are completely healthy. Really upset about the misdiagnosis and cost.

Where to even begin with this terrible dental office. I have given them more chances to change their extremely unprofessional behavior. They first started off by scheduling me for a cleaning but when I got there I was told I would only be getting an exam and X-rays. What? Ok then I got a bridge done.I paid for it in advance. Then they told me I still owed $700 and wanted it that day. I told them I would make payments. The next time I was there to have the bridge adjusted they left me sitting there forever in the chair and then the manager came in and said I would need to pay before I get worked on. Took me out of the chair and made me make a payment. ( I had already agreed to pay) They just treated me very RUDELY.! The last thing they have done is last week I called them and asked about my cleaning appointment. I have used ALL my insurance for the year. The lady said don't worry we will honor the price of $75 so I didn't cancel my appointment. When I get there they handed me a bill for $ 275 . Yeah I am done with this unprofessional rude lying company. Thank you.

Thoroughly disappointed, don't even know where to start—just know I definitely will not be back to Dental Associates of Grovetown. Received conflicting information the entire time I was there. Had my gums stabbed repeatedly even though I said they were sensitive, and was basically asked to swallow my blood. Charged for X-rays that couldn't be read or were misleading. Still waiting on a follow-up call for pricing on a procedure—my appointment was at 2pm yesterday, and I'm assuming that call's not coming. Also, they didn't even give my daughter a new toothbrush after her first visit.

Very disappointed in Dental Associates of Grovetown in Grovetown, GA. When I first came for a consultation, they asked if I'd had X-rays elsewhere—I said I had services last year. They had all my insurance info but never called to check coverage before doing any services. They waited until I was scheduled for an extraction on a broken tooth to tell me the service wasn't covered, after pulling my tooth. They could've called my insurance first to avoid this mess.

My first appointment with this practice was ok. Only thing is the hygienist cleaned only half my teeth. I wished she had cleaned them all. The reasoning for this is because she said I needed a deep cleaning. I was placed on a call list for her to clean the other half. I will say the practice is up to date on technology and very knowledgeable.

I had a great experience at Dental Associates of Grovetown! I went in for a filling and was pleasantly surprised by how smoothly everything went. They used a topical numbing gel before the injection, which made a huge difference. Dr. Marshall was amazing—she made sure I never saw the needle, which helped ease my anxiety. I was told to raise my left hand if I felt any pain, which reassured me even more.
The casual conversation between Dr. Marshall and her assistant was also a great distraction from the sound of the drill, which still made me a little nervous—but I felt absolutely no pain the entire time. The entire staff is courteous, friendly, and professional. For the first time in my life, I’m actually looking forward to my next dental visit instead of dreading it. Highly recommend!
