Dr. DeRose saw me right away in Niagara Falls, NY and fixed it up quickly—made sure I was happy with how it looked. Honestly, if I could give a zero I would. Dr. DeRose is dropping patients with Fidelis insurance and not taking new ones with it either. You'd think after being a patient for years he'd keep you, but nope. Shows he cares more about money than his patients. Real disappointing.

After months of insurance not paying the full bill and hours on the phone, she called the office. They said if she paid the balance, they'd resubmit to insurance. Karen is a fantastic hygienist. She makes you feel comfortable and is very thorough in her work. Dr Englert is a wonderful dentist. Always kind, professional and great in all his dental work. The office is clean and very modern. A great experience all around if you have any sort of dental needs!
Had a cleaning with Cynthia, she was AMAZING. Awesome personality, very educated and passionate in what she does. She recommended a water flosser for me, applied gel to make my cleaning more comforting and overall the most thorough cleaning I've had to date as far as explanations go. She walked me through everything she did throughout the process. Dr. Englert came in for the exam and was very thorough as well! The staff is lovely and their office space is very welcoming. HIGHLY recommend this office!

I absolutely love this practice! I have really bad anxiety and I had a tooth pulled yesterday with Dr Baumler and he was amazing. He knew I was nervous and talked me through the whole thing. I would recommend them to anyone!

My Dental hygienist,Lori was AMAZING! It was by far the BEST cleaning I’ve had in 30 years which says a lot about my previous dentist.

I recently had a cleaning and check up at Dr. Englert’s office. As usual, I couldn’t have been more impressed. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Robyn is terrific between her personality her professionalism, kindness and technique scaling my teeth so gently . My entire cleaning was thorough and very gentle. I was not usually a fan of going to the dentist, but ever since I switched to Dental Care Associates, I’ve felt very comfortable before and after my appointments! I usually have Haley as the dental hygienist and she is amazing!! She is so gentle on my mouth and she is so kind! My dentist is wonderful as well! Overall I actually don’t mind going to the dentist anymore because this place and their staff is so organized, kind and thorough!
I love this dental practice! Dr. Neglect is amazing and reliable. My Hygienist, Cynthia, is spectacular. The receptionist Sarah is also my favorite person at the office. She is extremely helpful with scheduling and payments. I appreciate every staff member that works there and makes it such a great comfortable place to go.

I hadn't been to the dentist in ages but try to keep my teeth clean. Rachel did an amazing job with the cleaning, explaining everything step by step.
