Dr. Hendricks was super understanding, explained everything, and we came up with a plan. He was really gentle and the staff were kind. He did a tough procedure with confidence. I have a brain tumor. I wanted to get a cleaning. They set up the appt knowing this. They said they called, i didn't get a call, they did not text. I drive all the way there and i get there and they said xrays are mandatory, and since you have a brain tumor you need a paper from your doctor saying you can get xrays. Therefore, I cannot have my appt. Nor my cleaning.

What a great dental practice! Waited less than five minutes in the waiting room. The staff is super friendly and informative. The best imaging on my teeth I’ve ever seen. They also fit me in that same day for a crown. Dr Ryan and his assistant delivered on a quick and PAINLESS procedure for the crown. Reasonably priced and honored my insurance. If I could give zero stars, I would. This office is disorganized, unprofessional, and disrespectful. They cancelled my appointment, promised to get me in the next day once they had my records, made me chase those records myself, and then completely ignored that promise. Every call came with a different story, and while one staff member (Gina) was helpful, the rest of the team spoke with sarcasm and attitude when I tried to follow the instructions they gave me. One staff member even asked if I was “over 15” in an insulting tone, with mocking in the background. No empathy, no consistency, no professionalism. If this is how they handle a simple cleaning, I can’t imagine how they handle anything more serious.

Went to Dental Care at Venice Gardens in March for a cavity. They cleaned it out, but today another dentist found they didn't get it all. I had to go elsewhere to finish the job. My new dentist said it should have been cleaned better. I won't go back and urge others not to either.
