Hate leaving this because I've had good visits before, but today was horrible. Arrived five minutes early as a returning patient. Got taken to a room, got an x-ray, then left sitting for an hour with no one coming in. No one told me about any delay. I had to go to the front desk multiple times to ask what's going on. Needless to say, I ended up leaving. Ridiculous wait with no communication.

Went in for myself first and loved the vibe and professionalism from Dr. Navjit. She's just amazing. Then I brought my 4-year-old daughter. She used to go somewhere else for cleanings, but when cavities showed up, she refused x-rays and just cried. Kids that age get scared, but Dr. Navjit found a way to treat her. We got one cavity done, two more to go. Really happy with everything at Dental Care Center in Villa Park.

Worst dental office I've ever been to! Needed an extraction, regular dentist wasn't available so a different dentist did it. Worst decision ever! He was rushing, had too many patients, not attentive at all. He yanked it out in 2 seconds, even though it wasn't loose. Super rough and careless! Next day my gums felt weird. I've had teeth pulled before and know how to care for them, but this time it was awful.

If I could give zero stars I would. Brought my daughter because our regular dentist was on holiday. She had a bad cavity that needed pulling. After numbing, the 'Dr.' came in and started yanking and banging on the tooth. My daughter cried, he stopped, gave more numbing, came back and did the same thing, then said 'we can't do it today, your tooth is exactly the same as when you walked in. Come back Tuesday.' Why say that unless it's NOT? Awful.

Bunch of incompetent people. Appointment at 10am, they don't call about delays for denture or insurance approval. Get there and they say sorry, appointment cancelled, we called you! They never called. Lazy front desk. First time appointment, I had insurance approval docs but the office didn't get them yet. Instead of calling me ahead, they waited for me to drive there and wait 20 minutes, then someone waved at me from the front desk saying sorry, we'll cancel since we haven't gotten approval.

Literally the worst dentist I've ever been to. Appointment at 4:30, didn't get called until 5. I was there for a simple teeth cleaning, but the dentist started using a drill and sharp tool. She scraped my front teeth, I told her it hurt, and she kept going. Went home, drank water, and my teeth were super sensitive. Checked the mirror and the exact tooth I warned her about was chipped. Went back and all she offered was prescription toothpaste for sensitivity.

Extremely bad customer service. This clinic doesn't know how to run a business. Made me wait an hour then I had to cancel the appointment. No apologies, no explanations, just attitude. There are better clinics around. If you run into a problem, get ready for ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Long wait times really hinder the overall experience of coming here. The lack of professionalism is astounding as the Dentist doesn’t wear any scrubs nor does she take the time to check your teeth. She simply looks at the X-Rays and says “Yeah, you’re good”.

Took my insurance info and made the appointment. Drove 45 minutes, signed in, and they couldn't find my insurance on file. Had to give it again, waited 30 minutes, then they said they don't accept my plan. Extremely disorganized. Grateful their incompetence showed early because I can only imagine what the actual dental service would be like.

I had my wisdom tooth extracted by Dr. Aarti, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! She made the whole process so easy and comfortable from start to finish. I was a little nervous at first, but her calm and caring approach immediately put me at ease. The procedure was smooth, painless, and over much quicker than I expected. Dr. Aarti explained everything clearly and made sure I felt relaxed the entire time. The dentist is great and staff is nice. But they over book themselves so bad that my daughter and I sat in the chair for an hour before being seen. That’s after waiting an hour to get in the chair. All for just cleanings. I hear another patient say they been waiting 3 hours.

It’s a late starting time on my 1st and 2nd appointment.
1st appointment was delayed for one hour as an emergency root canal took my doc away from me.
Finally sitting in the chair after my 2pm appointment began at 2:30. Only dental assistant was taking impression and X-ray.
It’s now 3:20 and no doctor yet and still waiting on the deep cleaning I came for.
Not sure if this review will help them be more mindful of appointments staying on time.
Or the anxiety of hearing suction from others having work done nearby.
Positive: easy parking and no screaming children during my visits, sincerely patient Dr Sara. Bring something to listen to while having work done, as conversation above from two people working on my teeth was a bit odd.

I had an outstanding experience at Dental Care Center Villa Park. The facility was immaculately clean, which immediately put me at ease. The staff were warm, professional, and incredibly attentive throughout my visit. From the moment I walked in, everything felt organized and hygienic. My dentist took the time to explain each step of the procedure, and I never felt rushed. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for top-tier dental care in a spotless environment. However, I do wish they accepted a wider range of insurance plans. It would make their excellent service more accessible to more people. Hopefully they expand their coverage soon.
