The dental hygienist was an angel! I think her name was Diane. Normally, I don't like the dentist anymore because of all the hard scraping, but she was gentle. Her patient chair was the first chair as you walk back. I liked that she just cleaned my teeth and didn't try to have a conversation while she was in my mouth. Great preventative care in Grandview, MO!

They were all very nice and told me everything that was going to done with my denture and that they were going to put a permanent recliner in because I only had a temporary one in, this is why it was breaking off.

Receptionist Nina is unprofessional, rude, and needs better communication skills. Today's call was my last straw—while I was saying goodbye, the call was disconnected. She called me, I listened to everything about rescheduling, then heard a click when I started to talk. I'll only communicate with anyone else on the team from now on. If I could be seen on her days off, that'd be great. Refusing any interaction with her.

Don't waste your time with this dental company. Absolute crooks. I went to them to see how much they'd charge for a procedure. I told them what I couldn't afford, and they said they could help me out. So they take me back, look at my teeth, and then come back with more than double what I said I couldn't afford. I explained that another place would do it for $800, but they wanted $1600. Basically, they just wanted to get me in the chair knowing they'd charge more than the original estimate. Not cool.

The staff is friendly. They talk with you and make sure you know what's going on. The hygienist is gentle and wonderful. Even the shots are good. The doctor is amazing. I drive over an hour to come to this dentist because they're wonderful. Worth it for the preventative care and emergency dental services in Grandview, MO.

Just went yesterday. Was in so much pain and fear because another dentist told me my tooth was too insane to work on and that I'd need an oral surgeon. I hadn't been to a dentist since I was a kid, so I didn't know what was right. Came to this place and they were absolutely confused—said I was fine and performed a simple root canal with minimal pain. I've had terrible health experiences and was terrified, but Shae was amazing holding my hand through it all. The front staff were great too. So grateful for this place in Grandview, MO.

Terrible. They advertise that they take my insurance, but would not bill the insurance company. Now i'm dealing with a debt collector because of their incompetence. If they cant do something as simple as clerical then don't trust them with something as important as your teeth.

So for arrival it seemed clean and welcoming. Gretchen was very polite for the start & her assistant Jacob was informative as well. Love how Gretchen mentioned that you brush at night to keep your teeth & brush in the morning to keep your friends. Literally the best I have experience in a while. They made me feel comfortable and literally made no question feel like a dumb question. When Dr. Perkins entered I was immediately nervous because I have dealt with a physician who was not very kind. Initially I was worried, Gretchen stayed the whole time making me feel comfortable. Paniz from finance was very informative and amazing at explaining everything. Everyone here had amazing personality and showed they care for their patients. Overall 10000/10! Thank you so much! It was a pleasure so much & thank you so much to Kiana & Nina at the front desk. Both were amazing & welcome! I’m excited for my next visit! Professional manners & so great! Thank you everyone!!!

Jake or Josh was great he was new cant be sure of name. The lady assisting and guiding him was great she educated my daughter on dental health. The main doctor was attentive and quick. The ladies at front desk were courteous and professional. The Jake or Josh guy actually was cleaning the parking lot when we pulled up nice to have clean lot. Please forward. Last Thursday was my first experience with dental care at Grandview, I was a little hesitant at first as I always am when going to the dentist, but from the minute I stepped into the reception room I was greeted with warm, smiles and sincere hospitality. The rest of my visit was to include highly trained personnel, exceptional professional care I was told before anything was done given a full explanation, which relieved any of my tensions or anxieties my hygienist which name was Gretchen also attended to my comfort needs providing me with a neck roll and positioning my chair for comfort and took extreme time and care during my procedures. My doctor was also equally as thorough explained everything he was doing and went onto to explain and answer any and all of my questions in great detail and to my satisfaction ,so overall, I would have to give this clinic an A+ in all areas of patient satisfaction. The clinic was well designed it was comfortable in fact it was nicely decorated and I felt quite at home if that’s possible going to a dentist lol! But it was that good there so I’ll recommend it to any and all of my friends and anyone that reads this… You’ll never have to hunt for a good dentist or a clinic ever again once you step foot in this place!
I have been a patient there for many years. Dr. Perkins, his assistants, and the staff are AWESOME! They are caring, gentle, sensitive and patient. They are simply THE BEST and I'm pleased with the services that I have received. If I could give them more than 5 stars believe me I would.
