Honestly, Dr. Marcus Lorhman at Dental Dreams in Fall River, MA is awesome. He's young and super passionate about dentistry, plus he's always teaching his assistants, which shows he really cares. They're all friendly too. I've been a patient here for a few years and also went to their Leominster location, where Dr. Oman was fantastic. Overall, I give them five stars and always recommend them for dental checkups and general care.

After hating other Dental Dreams locations, my sister recommended the Fall River, MA one, and I absolutely love it here! The staff is so friendly and welcoming. Dr. Marcus is the best—he helped majorly when my prior dentist missed an issue, and he really knows his stuff. He teaches his assistants during procedures and cares about boosting their confidence. Hard to find a better dentist for dental fillings and checkups in the area.

But three stars for the facility itself. I've been going here for years and it's fine, but I've seen nicer places. Still, for dental checkups and general service, they do a solid job.

The staff at Dental Dreams in Fall River, MA were great! My son gets nervous at dentist appointments, and they took time to talk him through everything, explaining what was going on. The facility is very clean, and the waiting room is spacious with a cool kid play area. Everyone was friendly and made it a great experience for my son. Spent all day in the ER after a teeth cleaning at this Fall River, MA dental office. Had a rude assistant who argued with the dentist about polishing—she ended up polishing my lip badly, and I was numbed but still felt pain. When I tried to signal because I couldn't close my mouth due to numbness, she ignored me. Really disappointing experience with emergency dental care gone wrong.

Don’t recommend this place! My family and I have unfortunately not had the best experience with this dental clinic. My sister, who was also bringing her three children here, decided to move to a different location after facing similar challenges. I’m now considering doing the same for myself, my husband, and our two kids. The main concern has been the front desk staff. Both over the phone and in person, the interactions often come across as unfriendly and unprofessional. At times, it feels as though asking for assistance is seen as a burden, which can be very discouraging for families seeking care. I truly believe this clinic has potential, but some improvement in staff training—particularly in customer service and patient care—would make a huge difference. Families should feel welcomed, respected, and supported when coming in for dental care. I hope this message reaches the management team and be taken in consideration Thank you

This place in Fall River, MA is horrible—I wouldn't even call it a dental office. The actual office is disgusting; it doesn't seem like cleaning products are ever used. The dentist we saw this time (they rotate fast) had a terrible attitude, especially with kids. I won't be back and wouldn't recommend it for teeth cleaning or any service. Go somewhere else for a good experience.
