This place is HORRIBLE and should be shut down! They completely ruined my teeth, then the dentist literally left without even telling me. They left my tooth broken and won't fix it. Now they won't even answer my calls. Do not go here!!

Worst dental office I've ever been to. I've been waiting over 3 months to get a cleaning and a tooth pulled. Every appointment I've made has been canceled on me. Unbelievable.

Back in April 2025 I had a nasty bike accident and ended up with several broken and missing teeth on both top and bottom. I'd been to Dental Elements before for a tooth distraction that went really well, so I figured I'd go back and ask about partial dentures. Long story short, Paulina at the front desk got me in with Dr. Bhalla, and the rest is history. She made me a beautiful set of dentures and gave me back my smile and confidence. Took a few adjustment visits, but now they fit perfect. So glad I chose them for my dentures in Rockland, MA.

I had to renew my review of this dental office! Not for the better but for the worse! In the beginning, the staff was different and so much kinder, And supportive. The doctor I initially worked with guaranteed everything will go great! It’s it’ll be a year October 31 that I’ve had all my teeth removed and started my denture journey, Although the office doesn’t make my teeth, The teeth that they have had made for me have never fit! They never made my bottom partial, And I was miserable from day one! Now I don’t get to see the doctor because he works in a different office so I was forced to see other people. I had many many impressions, Then a couple wax tryouts, And without me saying, yes, these are great fit great look great, etc. they sent them off to be made as my permanent dentures! They are horrific they are worse than my immediate denture! They buck forward, Their crooked, Don’t fit at all they’re extremely large, And they sent a full bottom denture instead of a partial?!! What on earth is going on in this place? The doctor delivered my permanent teeth to my door at my house?! I took it is either going above or beyond, Or trying to get rid of me?! But I still laugh with unbearable teeth! My permanent denture, which I never agreed to be made, In all the stories I’ve ever seen you are the one that says OK these look great as they’re in this wax mold Is when they send them off to be made I never gave the OK! So to my surprise, I have again another pair of upper denture that is worse than the first pair. The midline is completely off. They’re just horrific. They made a full denture instead of a partial so either they forgot to put it in the paperwork or something, but somebody screwed up big time. I have not smiled in a year! Either they need to change who makes their dentures, Or do better molds! I have never been through something so traumatic in my entire life! It’s bad enough they rip all your teeth out of your mouth, but then left with a fitting ugly teeth, And now I have to wait how much longer for new ones to be made? This is insane! I highly recommend if anybody needs dentures don’t go here! Do not I’m warning you!
Honestly, the worst customer service I've ever dealt with over the phone. All I wanted was a simple cleaning, but the woman I spoke to got totally hung up on my health insurance and kept saying it wasn't valid. Even after I told her I'd pay out of pocket, she still wouldn't just schedule the appointment. No idea why some people have to be so rude. I called Cortland Dental right after and got an appointment in minutes. So frustrating.

This place is awesome, from the dentist to the front desk to the assistant. Whoever's not happy with this office are probably the "Karen" types or that problematic patient. Would recommend 👍🏻

The office is new and needs new patients. However, the receptionist is incompetent, doesn't know how to handle insurance, and wants you to do her job. Due to her incompetence, they ultimately lose new patients.
This office is AMAZING and so welcoming! I came in for a filling and was pretty nervous, but the staff assured me there was nothing to be afraid of. Front desk Paulina was so nice she even held my hand while I was getting numb. Dr. Bhalla is one of the sweetest doctors I've met and did a great job on my filling today and my cleaning last week. Ravi the assistant was very helpful and answered all my questions. So glad I found this dental office in Rockland!

Horrible. Dr. Bhalla SEEMS like a nice lady but she doesn’t know what she’s doing. She saw me for 2 minutes, told me I needed my wisdom tooth out and had me leave told me there was nothing she could do for my pain. Then when i went and got a second opinion they said my pain has nothing to do with my wisdom tooth and I have a cavity in my molar with an exposed root. She took ONE x-ray and sent it over to my new dentist, she should be embarrassed considering you can’t see ANYTHING in that x-ray. She is lazy and unprofessional.
I'm writing this review on behalf of my disabled elderly brother who is on MassHealth. He got a new set of upper and lower dentures at Dental Elements. Dr. Bhalla is very skilled, very professional, very knowledgeable, very patient, and very kind. Getting new dentures is a process and throughout the process Dr. Bhalla displayed all of these attributes. The dentures are beautiful, of excellent quality and, after only two adjustments, fit like a glove. My brother is very pleased. Thank you Dr. Bhalla.
Like a lot of people, I have major anxiety about the dentist because of bad past experiences. Everyone at Dental Elements was amazing from check-in to the assistant to Dr. Shah. They made me feel super comfortable and at ease. Dr. Shah explained every step, which really helped. I'd been putting this off forever and I'm so glad I finally went. Definitely found my new dentist in Rockland!

Just had a tooth extraction with Dr. Bhalla today. She was incredibly patient, kind, and really attentive to my pain. I have serious dental anxiety and past trauma, so this was scary for me. She talked me through everything and never rushed. The office is super clean, and the front desk and assistants are incredible. Wish I could give more stars!

I just started coming here recently and as someone with severe anxiety and other mental health problems, Dr Shah (the owner) and Dr Bhalla were extremely patient and kind towards me and my well being. I do not do well with medical procedures and needed a root canal done. The two of them did awesome and were so quick that they even had extra time to do a separate filling I had been needing. I will say though at a different appointment the following week I had Dr Barnia who seemed agitated and extremely impatient. I was told he was even given a heads up of my anxiety before the appointment and I was very disappointed and shaken up with my experience with him to the point where I had to leave and reschedule. I do not recommend booking your appointments with him if you have anxiety because he simply has no patience or empathy for it. Again I will say Dr Shah and Dr Bhalla were so amazing and I’ve truly never had a better dentist experience before! I look forward to seeing them in my future appointments!
Had a tooth pulled this morning by Dr. Bhalla. She was so nice and compassionate. So concerned about not hurting me. Can’t say enough about her. I highly recommend Dental Elements. The rest of the staff was also very nice.

Angela was very courteous and caring she made me feel so welcome and safe. I broke a tooth and she got me in same day. the dr was wonderful and gave me all different kinds of options for my tooth. The assistant put on a movie during my exam to calm my nerves. So happy I doubt my new destiny Dr Bhalla
I have had a wonderful experience with this dentist. I need a lot of work done and have a lot of anxiety about it and he has taken a lot of time to explain everything and and make sure I'm comfortable. He's been really thorough, he even looked into something for me that is outside the scope of his practice. He's been fabulous. I will definitely continue seeing him for all of my dental care going forward and I highly recommend him to everyone else as well. The office staff is awesome too! 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
