Called about 30 minutes before 10pm, told them I was in town for a work conference from out of state. I had this cracked tooth on my lower left back that was killing me—nerve damage for sure. The receptionist was super helpful and concerned, told me to come in right away. She took my insurance info over the phone, so check-in was smooth. The doctors ended up extracting the tooth, and I was out of pain! Really appreciate Dental Emergency Care in Irving, TX for helping me so much with that same day extraction.

I fractured a molar and was in a lot of pain. Found Dental Emergency Care in Irving, TX open late with great reviews for Dr. Nobles. He was amazing—listened, explained everything, and helped with my anxiety. I'm usually terrified at the dentist, but he went out of his way to keep me comfortable. Honestly, if he had his own practice, I'd go to him for everything. Highly recommend Dr. Nobles and his staff for any emergency dental service!

This place was amazing! I was in pain all day at work and found no relief. Googled and found them, booked online for a 10pm appointment to get a wisdom tooth extraction. Gabby at the front desk was so nice made checking in super easy. Fardos quickly got my xray done and was so sweet and nice continuously checking up on me while waiting for the doctor. Dr Nobles was amazing and so helpful getting me out of pain and making sure I knew what was going on the whole time. If you need any emergency dental I would highly recommend this place.

Second time going—my son had an emergency a few months ago with Dr. Nobles, and it was great. Last night I needed a tooth extraction myself. My tooth was stubborn but Dr. Nobles got it out with zero pain. Sometimes a tooth just won't cooperate, but thank goodness Dr. Nobles got it out. The staff was all great! Never had a tooth removed so smoothly—glad it was here since it was an emergency. Dental Emergency Care in Irving, TX is the best!

This place is excellent! Went in today to remove a decayed wisdom tooth and everything went super smoothly. Very nice and friendly staff, from the front desk to the dental staff. Ask for Dr. Nobles—I can tell he loves what he does, very knowledgeable, kind, professional, and an expert. If I could give more than five stars I would. I went to this emergency dental care and had a great experience. Everyone was welcoming and professional. The one thing I could tell you is that the doctor is absolutely knowledgeable and professional, Also caring to my needs and what I was feeling. I’ve never felt more comfortable considering this is my first time having a tooth removed. I was also out of town from where I live in Orlando, Florida. I’m grateful that I found this dental office. My 5 yr old daughter stuck a hair bead on her tooth, and these fine people took care of it. Everyone, from Veronica at the front desk, to the dental assistants Mitchell and Yesenia, to Dr. Nobles was very kind, patient and professional. Dr. Nobles used his special tools to remove the bead quickly and safely and sent us on our way. Highly recommend!

Lost a filling, no pain no nothing. After exam at Crown, was told no new filling, nerve to close to drill and fill. Crown next to it has bacteria in the gum. Out come pull and implants; $4200 for implants doesn't include Oral Surgery. Went to a different dentist, cavity drilled out, no pain, filled. Will need root canal. He asked if I grind my teeth; nope. Crown was higher than it should which is what was making my jaw sore. He grind the crown down, so much better. Not going to cost me $4200. Though I was being scammed for service I really didn't need.

Had a tooth pulled back towards the emd of May. The guy who pulled the tooth was super rough and had a look on his face like he was enjoying someone being in pain. Creepy. He left my face so swollen and so bruised to the point I couldn't move half my face for 3 days from what seemed like a temporary paralysis. Also beware they will quote you one price over the phone and once you get there and have the work done, its 2x more expensive than what was quoted, this happened the 2 times I went. It was a terrible experience both times and im all for giving second chances but I won't be returning again
