I had two implants and a bridge put in, but the bridge kept falling out, and then the tooth next to the implant fell out. The dentist didn't take any responsibility, just said I grind my teeth—but I have no lower teeth to grind against! Felt like they were insensitive and only cared about money. Really disappointed.

Absolutely fantastic experience! The office is state-of-the-art and spotless. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Krause is amazing—no pain at all. Every appointment runs smooth and fast. I've never been in the chair longer than an hour, even for x-rays, fillings, or an implant removal and installation. In an hour! Can't beat that.

What I really am amazed with is the honesty. I thought I needed 2 implants and the dentist said no I don’t. I only need 1. I couldn’t believe it.

I am only halfway through the process at this point, but so far I am very pleased with the staff and the work that has been performed.
The staff are very friendly, accommodating, and professional. They explained the implant process and costs in detail from start to finish. The offices are modern and well maintained. They go out of their way to make sure that you are as comfortable as possible. It's easy enough to get an appointment and they don't leave you sitting in the lobby for long periods of time either.
Followup May 6th, 2022: Still impressed with the staff and the level of care. This process takes time and it requires patience
June 02, 2022: Went in for a filling and for a cleaning (two visits). The Dr. and the hygienist were great. No pain, very thorough, and skilled at putting patients at ease. The hygienist uses the newest equipment available and explained what she was doing as the cleaning progressed.
January 17, 2023, it's been 15 months since my first visit. The work is finished and I'm very happy with and grateful for their efforts. This may have been the best investment I've ever made. Prior to getting the implants I had frequent sinus infections, earaches, and pain in my mouth. I have been free of all of these since treatment began. Everyone in the office is very friendly and professional, they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. It is obvious that they all take great pride in their work. The offices are clean and comfortable and I've been seen on time or early for each of my appointments. The implant process takes a long time to complete. If you want great results you should be willing to commit for the long haul. They do more than implants too, give them a call.

Okay, so in reality most of us don’t care for dental procedures. I have avoided having some necessary work done because of fear. I I have to say that my experience today was absolutely wonderful. Meghan was extremely considerate and compassionate and made me feel total at ease. Dr. Kevin was great. They both made the entire process very easy. Having an (invisible) disability can make the simplest of things complex, and today went incredibly smooth. Even my Service Dog loved the experience!

Went to Dental Implants Today and was pleasantly impressed. I had to have a crown and it was almost painless. I have had much work done by other dentists but this was probably the best dental experience I have had. Being in the chair for an hour felt like fifteen minutes. Dr. Krause and his assistant Megan were extremely professional and made me feel extremely comfortable. The office is high tech with the latest and greatest equipment. Everyone is professional and great to deal with. A special thank you to Kim who took the time to schedule a rush appointment. Melissa handled the financial end nicely. My dealings with Dr. Taylor have also been highly professional great to deal with.
