I wouldn't recommend Dr. Guido to anyone—do not get root canals here. After being his patient for a long time in Toronto, his procedures caused me to lose molars, with ongoing trouble and no referral to a specialist. Reception always has an attitude too. Save yourself money and find a better dental clinic in Ontario. His charm covers up dental weaknesses, so don't fall for it.

I started with Dr. Russo in 2018 because a family member had a good emergency teeth removal experience, and at first, it was easy with lots of time slots. But later, too many unnecessary repairs were planned—it felt like the recommendations weren't helping me, just part of some game. This was my second emergency at Dental On Dundas, but first time at their new office on 5101 Dundas St W in Toronto. Cracked a tooth and luckily just needed a new filling. Jaysen at reception greeted us warmly and explained all the new changes, which was really neat. Edgar was patient and kind too. My all-ceramic crown fell off, and other dentists in the area refused to help, but when I walked into Dental On Dundas, Tameka and Jes went above and beyond. Even though I live over 40 minutes away, they arranged for Dr. Guido to see me right away. I was so relieved—didn't have to fly back to Taiwan to fix it! For emergency dental service in Ontario, this place is super quick and caring.

Just had a tooth abstraction done with the emengcy dentist and let me say he was professional, and knowledgeable and experienced, I was so afraid of the abstraction and afraid of what was gonna

Dr Guido and his team are the best. I Had extreme pain from one of my wisdom tooth and he took me in right away. He removed my wisdom tooth I was very comfortable and it was a pain free experience. I was so devastated when my tooth filling cracked just few hours before I was supposed to fly on holidays. Luckily, I managed to get an appointment without any waiting time at 10pm on Sunday and my tooth was promptly fixed. My vacation was saved and the filling fits perfectly. For all of my life, I've had extreme anxiety when it comes to my teeth. Over the years, I've suffered through a few incidents that were, in my eyes, traumatic, and thus caused me to experience grave, and yes albeit to most, probably irrational anxiety, every time I had to visit the dentist. On top of that, I've had a few dentists that were very insensitive to my situation, even after lengthy explanation. And then finally, upon recommendation from a good friend, I was introduced to Dr. Guido and his staff. Since the very first meeting, with his guidance, assurance, understanding and help, I have not only kept all of my appointments, I have actually started to feel better about going to the dentist. My anxiety, while still prevalent at times, has lessened. I feel deeply blessed to have found this dental care office and am grateful that Dr. Guido and his staff have been able to work around my dental needs. They are kind, sensitive and very thoughtful. They have also been extremely accommodating in getting me in to see someone in those times where I've had minor dental emergencies. I highly recommend this dentistry.

My elderly mother needed new top dentures done due to a fall she had destroyed her outdated dentures. Dr. Russo was able to retrofit a new denture in place. With Harry’s (the denture specialist )help mom was back with a Hollywood smile in just 10 days.My greatest gratitude to Dental On Dundas. They are the friendliest and the best.
THE BEST EXPERIENCE! Dr.Guido is by far the most attentive, kind and competent dentist I have ever been to. When we first came here my 7 yr old son had a mouth full of cavities and I had been told by a well known Burlington kids dentist (with fear and urgency) that my son needed over $5000 worth of caps, root canals and needed to be put under to have the work done. I found Dr.Guido (THANKFULLY!) and he calmed me down and found a sound solution that was a fraction of the cost and was practical, taking it step by step with each baby tooth that needed attention. Most importantly, he really cares and takes the time to listen. He is a rare and special find. My son LOVES going to the Dentist... who can say that? I have never posted a review on Google before, but I just have to let the world know that there is a honest dentist out there. Dr.Guido and staff are AMAZING!
