None of the orthodontists on their website page actually work for them anymore from what I can tell. Dr. Isaacs(who was great) left unexpectedly in December 2024 and they didn't have an orthodontist for five months to cover. The new office staff is absolutely terrible they claim to make phone calls to reschedule appointments But we have no voicemails or missed calls from that office and I've confirmed they have the right number. I would have left this office a long time ago if the insurance hadn't paid them in full and I have no other options. Their x-ray machines were broken and they asked us to come back but only one was then working so we had to come back a third time. then when they moved into Amara next-door they didn't even notify us and my son had an appointment to have his braces off which then got delayed three months because they couldn't get it together. I've never seen an office run more poorly.
Not sure if there's been a management change, but the service quality has dropped big time! My daughter had an appointment for emergency dental care in Howell, NJ, and when we showed up, the doors were locked. No one answered the phones, even though people were inside. We waited 45 minutes outside, knocking so much that the next-door vendor came out. Really frustrating experience.

My two sons and I really enjoyed our visit to the Howell location. Dr. Chery was so patient, knowledgeable, and thorough—she went the extra mile to keep us new patients comfortable. Highly recommend this place in Howell Township, NJ! The office is clean, modern, and super kid-friendly with themed rooms and TVs that made my children's visit relaxing. Staff is warm and welcoming, and the hygienist took great care with my kids. The doctor was very knowledgeable and explained everything well. Plus, the front desk was outstanding with booking appointments and handling insurance for our general dentistry needs.

After having the worst experience with another dentist we found dental specialties and everyone there is absolutely amazing. We were seen the same day we called they noticed problems my sons other dentist didn’t and since than have been corrected. I would recommend this practice to anyone.

If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. It was a godsend for my son in Howell, NJ. The staff is amazing all around—from the reception desk to the dentist, they're so kind and compassionate. If your little one is scared of X-rays, ask for LaTonya; she made my son feel super comfortable and got through them. Charmaine at the front desk gave great moral support too. Couldn't be more pleased with this pediatric dental facility for our needs.

They are patient and care about the comfort of each of my boys. Dr. Kimia, Charmaine and LaTonya always go above and beyond! They make sure my son with anxiety feels comfortable and they tell him everything that is going to happen and everything happening as he is getting work done.

Honestly, scheduling appointments here in Howell Township, NJ is so easy—they really try to work around parents' work schedules and kids' school schedules. The doctor was super pleasant and explained my child's pediatric dentistry care plan in detail, making sure I understood everything and answering all my questions. My wife was supposed to have an appointment to adjust her braces in early January. We got a confusing call about her appointment being cancelled, and then we couldn't get in touch with the office for months. Apparently the orthodontist left unexpectedly, and no one ever reached out to reschedule with us. WE called THEM and finally were able to get an appointment (probably with a new orthodontist?) THREE MONTHS after the original appointment. And the whole time they were charging us, so we couldn't go find a different doctor. There is no one to talk to, in office staff is not helpful.
Please do yourself a favor and find another dentist/orthodontist. I sincerely wish we had.
The staff here is excellent—so nice and super attentive. Each dental room is decorated differently, and with the TV playing (they even ask what the child wants to watch), it makes pediatric dentistry visits fun. Every kid I've seen leaves with a smile. My son loves this dental office in Monmouth County and sometimes looks forward to his appointments! My all-time favorite dentist for sure.

We've only had great experiences at this dental office in Howell Township, NJ. Charmaine at the front desk is super nice, and the dental rooms have fun themes like superheroes and dinosaurs, plus TVs for the kids. The hygienists are amazing—patient, kind, and kid-friendly. Latonya was especially great today, keeping my kids relaxed and telling them they were doing a good job. Dr. Ahmadian was awesome too, explaining everything clearly during our pediatric dentistry visit. Really reassuring!

It was very nice place when we went there few years a go, my kids had a wonderful doctor but he left and after that it changed some how… my kids never had a same doctor, they’re always changing and today my daughter had to have a follow up appointment (I reschedule that twice bc when I went to office we had to wait 1,5 hour and I had to leave) I couldn’t miss my job again so my cousin took my daughter and doctors asking what she has to have done? They can’t see on the chart what is has to be done????? Also her gums was bleeding and I really wanted doctor to check it, but because there was my cousin they don’t even took my daughter in… I hope my daughter didn’t get any issues because of that… so be aware of them please
I took my child here as a new patient and I left with such a negative feeling. Receptionist was nice, office was decent, hygienist was pretty good, BUT the dentist’s bedside manner was eh and communication to both parent and child was impatient and condescending … the experience as a whole was not good enough for me to stay with this practice as I don’t feel comfortable using them for my children.
It was going well enough , but there were a few times appts were canceled and I was not notified beforehand. now the orthodontist disappeared
, and I called to get my son's records and no one called me back! also they left me hanging for months , not knowing about my son's next appt! finally I went to a new orthodontist, which is so frustrating because my son was scheduled to get his braces removed. I would not recommend this place due to poor communication
My 5 year old daughter had a cleaning that discover 4 cavities, 2 of which needed root canals. She was terrified, but the staff and doctor were amazing with her. 3 appts in 2 weeks, but Dr. Tayla and Priscilla were able to comfort her and support her and got the job done with no crying! They took the time to make my daughter comfortable and build trust. I was amazed at how brave my little girl was and how incredible the experience was due to the amazing staff!
