DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE, EVEN IN AN EMERGENCY. My daughter had an appointment but wasn't feeling well. My wife was with her, so I called to cancel. The receptionist asked if I wanted to reschedule, I said cancel, and she did. A few days later, I got a letter charging me $348 for a broken appointment fee. That's ridiculous, especially since my daughter was sick. I called to resolve it but no luck.

This place looks nice but is a total scam. Worst professional experience of my life and I'm 51! I called because I cracked a filling. They tried 4 times to make me get X-rays even though my periodontist had already sent them. After 45 minutes, Dr. Parr came in and said I couldn't just get a filling, I needed all this other stuff. I gave in and let them take a few X-rays, but then he spent another 15 minutes pushing more procedures. Not happy.

My wife went in June for full replacements. Paid for all the top work, went for the scan, then they said I had to pay more than agreed. A month later, waiting for the top teeth, they told me the scans weren't enough and my replacements were never made—and they never contacted me. I asked for a refund for the $474.76 I paid. They spelled my husband's name wrong for insurance and said I owed more. Multiple calls, no resolution.

This will be a rolling review as new appointments are done. This review is subject to change based on their billing practices. 9/12 - I don't like doctors at all. I don't go to them. My pain was at a 7-10 on one of my teeth. Couldn't help but get it yanked. Had a cracked root from a while back, finally caught up to me. They did a cleaning and then pulled the bad tooth. Everyone there, from the receptionist to the doctor, was gentle, patient, and understanding. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.
