Was pretty disappointed. Had tooth pain and they kindly fit me in, but the dentist barely looked in my mouth and referred me to a root canal specialist—still charged me $59. I had just paid $1300 for a cap and thought this would be covered. Update: they called and said the bill was an error and I'll get a refund. Appreciate the fix.

The dentist is excellent, but honestly the rest was rough. The periodontal probing and cleaning were the most painful I've ever had—I've had routine care my whole life. The probing made me cry out, and my lips got stretched to the point of tearing and bleeding. A routine evaluation shouldn't cause injury. Front desk interactions felt impatient and dismissive too. This is my first Google review, but patients deserve to know the care here is inconsistent.

Huge fear of dentists, but this was hands down the best bedside manner I've ever encountered. They made me feel so comfortable and at ease. For once, I might actually go for my yearly cleanings instead of putting them off forever. Five stars all around!

Had an appointment with Dr. G. He was kind and professional as always. I take my hat off to the receptionist who handled a difficult patient with patience and grace. The office was short-staffed due to some employees out sick, but she handled it like a trooper.

Really happy with the Dental365 Stony Brook office—everyone from the front desk to the exam rooms is excellent. I chose Clarity Aligners with Dr. Gohari to straighten my teeth, and so far it’s been smooth sailing. Dr. Gohari and the hygienists are super friendly and knowledgeable, always sharing helpful tips. The Dominican woman who was handling the payment service was terrible, absolutely awful. She had terrible energy and was the worst thing about the reception department. I have no complaints about the rest of the staff; the doctor, the secretary, the girl who attended to me, and the nurse were all excellent. But the Dominican woman in charge of payment and customer service was horrible. I didn't like her at all. She even had to intervene and tell me I had to pay, otherwise I couldn't leave. The service there was horrible.
The absolute BEST dental practice! Everyone is professional, extremely knowledgeable & kind. The office is pristine & hygienic. My entire family are patients including the 19& 24 yr old children who have given high praises!

Been seeing Dr. Koeppel for over 3 years now. Had a few fillings, Invisalign, and care for an old broken crown. He's one of my favorite dentists—not just skilled, but he explains everything thoroughly and takes time for questions. The hygienists are all lovely too, and the front desk makes scheduling and insurance easy. Great experience all around.

Just returned home from my dental cleaning at Dental 365- Stony Brook. It was my first time at that office, although I have seen Dr. Blanca at another office. As always he was friendly and efficient. I highly recommend him.
My cleaning was done by Hannah, who was warm, profession and full of information. Not only is she very professional, she has a lovely singing voice, which I wasnt expecting.
The front office was friendly and efficient.
