Update: Another dentist was able to fill the decay instead of doing crowns. Crazy—if we stayed with Dental365, my husband would've ended up with 3 crowns and a huge bill. They've gone through about 4 dentists in two years and never say why—just 'this is your new dentist.' My husband goes every 4 months for cleanings and yearly X-rays, but they still missed the decay until it needed crowns. Doesn't make sense.

My family and I just started coming to Dental365 here in West Islip. I don't have dental insurance, so we signed up for their family plan for the four of us. So far, my son, daughter, and I have been in for cleanings, X-rays, and exams. I need crowns on several teeth—just had the first part done and now waiting two weeks for the permanent ones. Dr. Wassif and his assistant Stephanie did the work, and honestly, they were both super meticulous. That's exactly what I look for, especially after some bad dentist experiences in the past. My old dentist retired, and I was nervous to switch, but I'm glad we found this place.

This practice is fantastic. I was in West Islip for a family thing and had a dental issue. Called and spoke to Lisa—she got me an appointment in less than 24 hours. She even went out of her way to track down my dental insurance info. The office is clean and professional. After a great cleaning with Angie and an exam by Dr. Wassif, we agreed my old veneers needed replacing—couldn't deny it anymore! I'm super picky about color matching since my front teeth are natural. Dr. Wassif sent me to the lab to get the shade right. Two weeks later, he and assistant Estefani put in my new porcelain veneers—they look amazing! Thanks team!

This was my first time going there and they are amazing! From the first contact with the receptionist on the phone, I was impressed! I was greeted by such wonderful personnel and was worried about getting my issue resolved. The dentist and her assistant, Angel, eased my nervousness, and my cracked tooth was fixed with a crown! I don't know of any dentist office that could literally perform a miracle in one visit! I will be referring my family and friends to this amazing place! I experienced a Xmas miracle today from the time my call was answered until the time I existed their office! 7/30 I had them put in another crown and as previously I'm very happy with services and staff!

Just had my 6-month checkup here and my hygienist Danielle was fantastic. I'm not a fan of cleanings, but she made me feel calm and comfortable the whole time. From the friendly front desk to meeting with the dentist, I highly recommend this office.

I had the best dental experience at west Islip Dental 365. Everyone that works there is so pleasant and very proficient at their jobs. My son had chipped a tooth and he just graduated. He was so worried about taking pictures with his front tooth chipped. Our regular dentist is hard to get into and they are closed on the weekends. Dental 365 got him in right away. They fixed his tooth and it looks amazing. Their office is clean and they run it efficiently. I was so impressed with the entire experience! I will be going to Dental 365 for all my future dental needs from this point on. Thank you Dental 365 for saving the day!

I must be honest I hate going to the dentist however I found DENTAL 365 on a Sunday! I had a dental emergency and I had to get a tooth extracted on a Sunday they were available on a Sunday blew my mind. So accommodating and professional! Every dental hygienist & every Doctor even the Receptionist are just wonderful! Coming to DENTAL 365 has totally changed my perspective. They educate you and walk you through the process of how important dental health can be especially as we get older.- they have several offices throughout Long Island, which makes it very convenient. I have been a patient close to two years now I can’t believe I waited this long - wonderful

I especially appreciate that they use water picks instead of the traditional metal tools for cleanings, which makes a huge difference for me since I’m sensitive to scraping. Olga, my hygienist, is fantastic—super gentle, thorough, and always makes sure I’m comfortable.
I’m always in and out in under an hour with clean teeth and no pain. I used to hate going to the dentist, but now I go every six months without hesitation—and actually kind of look forward to it. Highly recommend!
