Their good bedside manner feels like window-dressing. As a transgender person in Philadelphia, I was reassured by reviews saying this office was LGBTQ+ friendly. But Dr. Jung failed to protect me from a bigoted staff member. Dawn misgendered my partner, then denied it happened. Dr. Jung claims disciplinary action was taken, but we still encountered her. This isn't the safe environment promised for LGBTQ+ patients in Philly.

As transgender patients, we noticed staff discomfort with our correct pronouns - especially Dawn the hygienist. She repeatedly misgendered us, then denied it when corrected. Dr. Jung's solution was to avoid Dawn, but we still crossed paths with her. Not the supportive environment advertised for LGBTQ+ patients in Philly.

Recently moved and had to find a new dentist in Philadelphia - was worried after loving my old dentist. But Dr. Jung is equally capable and super thorough. He uses this tiny camera to screen everything, then shows you the images and explains options clearly. I actually drive nearly 3 hours to get here because the dental implants and general dentistry care are worth it. Great find in Philly!

He and his staff are welcoming and friendly, and they do all they can to provide their patients with the dental care they requure while working to ensure they process dental claims in a timely manner. I also appreciate the free parking space that is available to patients on a first come, first served basis which I have used on several occasions, saving me money in expensive parking fees in Center City Philadelphia. As a formerly phobic patient who was traumatized by a dentist as a child, I always feel quite comfortable and cared for by Dr. Jung and his staff. For those who fear dentists, I assure you that one visit to Dentistry in Philadelphia may ease your fears and set you on a path to better dental health.
Dr. Jung is unfailingly courteous and respectful of his patients. I recently had a tooth extraction, which was completely painless. Dr. Jung explained to me I great detail the reason for the extraction and the entire process of tooth replacement, encouraging me to ask questions. He spent as much time with me as I needed and at no time did I feel rushed. Dr. Jung strikes me as thoroughly professional and competent, and I would recommend him without hesitation.
