Always have a wonderful experience at Dentistry in the Highlands here in Fall River, MA. Toni, the dental hygienist, is incredibly sweet and does a fantastic job with my dental cleanings. She's gentle, thorough, and really makes you feel comfortable throughout the visit. The new dentist, Alex Becker, is also very nice and polite—takes time to explain everything and makes the whole appointment feel relaxed. The receptionists, especially Liz, are extremely friendly from the moment you walk in. My visits are always great; I feel well cared for and welcomed. Best thing I ever did was calling for my child's appointment at Dentistry in the Highlands in Fall River. Office is clean and the staff are friendly. Though I have had a lot of good experiences here I have also had some bad experiences… My most recent visits have not been feeling good at all. I’m a really nervous person and have s fear of the dentist. I just feel like every time I go and I explain that my teeth are really sensitive and I really need to be numbed well before a cavity is done. It almost seems like I’m dismissed until I’m in severe pain and I’m crying.I am going again on the 21st to get a Cavity that was filled looked at because it seems like it has cracked, and I am extremely nervous. I can understand dealing with somebody who is really sensitive can be tough, but all I’m asking is just to be listened to when I say my teeth are really sensitive and they need to be numbed well. I’ve been through a lot of trauma with my teeth And they need more careful care.
Best dentistry in Fall River by far! Went years without going to the dentist out of fear and anxiety, but 8 years ago I started coming here—best decision ever. Over the years, I've gotten a ton of work done including 3 dental implants and quite a few root canals... been worth every penny! Feel extremely blessed as I've heard so many horror stories about other dentists. Highly recommend Dentistry in the Highlands for anyone needing implants or other major work in MA.

Ive only been going to Dentistry in the Highlands for about 3-4 years now but I can't say enough good things about that place. Staff there is amazing, professional and always polite. I was always self conscious about my teeth and dreaded the dentist but they make you feel very comfortable. Justine and Julie are great!!
Do not recommend this dentist office in Fall River at all. This used to be my previous dentist 10 years ago, and after moving back to MA, I decided to re-establish as a patient. Went there with an issue to a previous dental implant from a different practice. Watching the communication between the front office, dentist, and assistants was like watching a circus show on several occasions. The communication on receiving my previous records was ridiculous—first they had them, then they didn't. Just a frustrating experience overall.

Dentistry in the Highlands is AMAZING! I had to reschedule my appointment and they were able to fit me in before end of the year. I'm blessed to have Tori-Ann clean my teeth and leave with a beautiful sparkling smile. She made me feel comfortable in the chair and had a great conversation. See you in 6 months! 😁

Justine and the staff are all very nice to work with, Very pleasant experiences every time I’ve had an appointment. I had 2 deep cleanings a week apart and Justine made sure to let me know exactly what she was going to be doing as she was working on the each deep cleaning. I felt very comfortable and will definitely be doing all of my dental work with Dentistry In The Highlands.
I’ve been a patient here for years, and every experience I have is awesome! I have anxiety, and Justine helped very much with calming me down and making sure I was okay during the entire exam. The office is definitely lucky to have someone like her!
I have been a patient for over a decade, and despite moving out of Fall River 7 years ago have purposely not changed to a different dentistry practice. The office is extremely clean and comfortable, appointments have minimal waiting time (if any at all!), and the staff is absolutely outstanding! They are patient, sensitive, professional, knowledgeable, experienced...I could not ask for more. The collective staff makes the experience of going to the dentist as enjoyable as it can be.
I've had several cleanings with hygienist Toni-Ann Parsons, she is very gentle and I specifically request her. Over the years, I've met with Dr. Izedian and Dr. Do, they're both great. Today I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Helga Idrizi, she too was wonderful. Dental assistant Lorraine is super experienced and very pleasant also!
My experience at this office, I must say was one of the best dental visit I have ever had. Being in braces they showed me easy ways to keep my teeth and gums healthy. The achieve the best results once I get them off. They even gave new little gadgets to help make flossing easier. Highly recommended for everyone of any age.. And the assistant Hollie is my favorite..

professional and understanding of my concerns. Which encouraged me. When I arrived I was greeted by the ladies at the front desk. After seeing the doctor and given my options I was also explained my financial options too! Now I'm on my way to a better healthier smile!! The staff at Dentistry in the Highlands make going to the dentist more enjoyable! They are always so friendly and accommodating. I have a busy schedule, and sometimes can not plan 6 months in advance. They are so flexible and willing to work with me. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
