Honestly, this dental office in Charlotte really sets the bar high. From the moment you walk in, the front desk folks are super welcoming and everything's organized so you're never confused about appointments or next steps. What I really appreciate is how they handle insurance—they're on top of it, verify everything upfront, so no surprise bills. And they don't push treatments you don't need, which I've dealt with at other places. Dr. Newbill is great too. If you're looking for a dentist in Steele Creek, this is the place.

I’ve been a loyal client at the Dilworth location for over 22 years and recently returned after trying the Steele Creek and South Tryon locations. Unfortunately, this recent experience has been extremely disappointing.
After receiving dental work at the South Tryon location, my lower right molar was damaged. The tools used during a filling kept brushing against that lower tooth, and just three days later, it chipped while I was eating. Because of that, I chose to have all my records transferred back to the Dilworth location and scheduled an appointment.
But then I received a call from Erin this morning that left me shocked. She was rude and aggressive, basically threatening me over a $54 balance that doesn’t even belong to me. That balance is tied to someone else in my household who has only been a patient at the South Tryon location since February. He recently had surgery and plans to take care of the balance at his upcoming appointment at the Steele Creek office. I explained all of this, yet Erin insisted I pay it before I could be seen, even though it’s not my responsibility.
When I stood firm that I wouldn’t be paying someone else’s balance, she became nastier and brought up several old missed appointments from years ago. Those were already resolved when I was welcomed back to the practice.
After that call, I immediately spoke with Zoe at the office. She was much more professional and assured me that Corporate would be contacting me, per my request. I’m currently waiting to hear back from them.
It’s unacceptable to treat a long-standing, loyal client this way. I was not only accused of a false balance, but I was also spoken to with complete disrespect.
I hope management and Corporate take this seriously and address the way returning patients are being treated.

I was afraid when I went because I haven't been to dentist in awhile. But walking into the door the staff at desk was so very nice. Christina explained my bill so that I could understand. Doctor Nesbill is the best she explained everything she was going to do before she did it. I can't remember the head doctor's name plz forgive me but she was excellent as well. I will recommend my friends and family to go to DOC on South Tryon Street.

First time visiting and was nervous about the change. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile, which immediately put me at ease. The facility was impeccable, and the dental hygienist, Katrina, was absolutely amazing! She was patient, gentle, and made the experience so much better. The dentist was also very informative and knowledgeable, taking the time to answer all my questions and concerns thoroughly. Highly recommend this office—truly a five-star experience!
1st time visiting this practice. Staff was very warm and welcoming. Facilities are first rate. Felt comfortable fairly quickly as visiting a dentist is usually a bit stressful irregardless of how often you go. Additional angst because my regular dentist retired after taking care of me for over 30 years. I hope I’ve found a new home.
Katrina is my hygienist and she's thorough, professional, and really explains how to improve my oral health. I love this office—staff is welcoming and it's always clean. I've been coming here for 2 years and I love it. Plus, they now provide chapstick, which is a nice touch for dry lips after a cleaning!
