I had a new patient appointment and when I got there they said the dentist wasn't in that day. Then they claimed they called and canceled via voicemail the day before, but I still have the voicemail. The front desk lady made up three different lies. I'm annoyed I wasted my day off coming here.

Terrible experience : I was scheduled for a cleaning waited 45 minutes
So they schedule X-ray so back in the dentist chair . The dentist proceeded to tell me that there are two possible cavities .require two crowns costing 1700$. That is on top of my dental insurance. Mind you this is just two caps
Not a root canal .
Still no cleaning .
Now enters a fellow in his 40s
Who makes a hard sell for extra procedure
Costing over 140 $
Please “no upselling “I am here for a cleaning
Felt like I was at a car dealership
Or a used car lot
Now before they could get to a blue light
Procedure (250$. ) That was 6 months ago. I got off the chair and left.
My advise to present or future customers stay away from this corporation run business.
I got there at 4:15pm and left at 5:30 and yes,still no cleaning.
But I am still smiling . But asking myself why did I come back after the first experience of high powered “up selling.”

I have been coming to Dentists of Hanover for a few years now. The staff is great and very helpful. The service is excellent as well. I have had to adjust my appointments a few times and they are always very accommodating. Very convenient office to get to as well, plenty of parking.
I have to say, working with George, Kyle and the rest of the staff has been truly refreshing compared to other institutions. I called with a need for a crown lengthening procedure and left with a set of individuals that care about my health/teeth. My previous dentist was unresponsive and difficult to schedule with and I never knew what was next or how much something would cost.
My experience with Dentists of Hanover was the exact opposite. They walked me through the procedure and spent extra time to answer questions. They anticipated my needs and even suggested a date change when finding out I had a major event to be part of, letting me know that I’d be puffy and not at my best having the procedure prior to it. They made sure to check my insurance and give an ACCURATE accounting of the expected prices.
Upon needing an unscheduled emergency visit, my previous dentist told me it would take a week for me to see them.
Calling Kyle at Dentists of Hanover he got me into see George that day.
Where they truly shine though is being after my best well being. Being timely ( never had to wait for my scheduled appointments) and making sure I understood every aspect from procedure to billing to follow up care.
I could not recommend them enough, my wife and I have both switched to being seen by them full time and are so happy to have found them.

I had the best experience ever at a dentist. The office is so clean and the equipment is high tech. The dental assistant was absolutely the kindest woman, making me feel comfortable every step of the way. She even gave me a fluffy blanket…no dentist has ever given a fluffy blanket, now that’s worth 5 stars!
The office staff is also very kind and super helpful. They take many different insurance plans and also offer payment plans. My crown looks amazing, my bite is better than ever and I can’t wait to get my other teeth fixed here!

Dentists of Hanover is great! The staff is so friendly and their equipment is all up to date. Dr. H is very patient and great at her job. She will take her time to answer any questions and to thoroughly explain what is going on. Emma the dental hygienist,
is so nice and highly skilled. Carla the receptionist is the best. She is very helpful and has an energetic personality. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for dentist.
The office is so CLEAN and MODERN. The staff is perfect. In my own experience, they make sure your comfortable, they go over and beyond to make sure you get taken care of, and they are very nice! The office is following strict COVID guidelines as well which makes me feel super safe! I already told my friends and family how excellent dentists of Hanover is! Plus it’s located right off the exit so it’s easy to get there!
The office was very nice and clean and very welcoming. Staff was super nice and friendly. My cleaning was awesome. I am usually very scared of the dentist but this experience was by far the best. Jessica made sure to be careful where I was most sensitive and nothing hurt at all. She gave good recommendations on what I should be doing better and left my teeth looking and feeling awesome. Definitely recommend that you all come to the Dentists of Hanover!!
This dental practice is so amazing. From the moment we stepped into their office it was a wonderful experience. The staff is the best at what they do..so friendly, helpful and very experienced. They made us feel so welcomed!! Dr Kim Nguyen is amazing. She is very personable and made my husband and I feel so comfortable. We are so happy to have found this wonderful place to take care of our dental needs.
First time at Dentists of Hanover and it did not disappoint. Very friendly staff and easy to get along with. I felt welcome from the start. I was greeted by Rebecca at the front desk and she was very kind, professional, and helpful throughout my visit. She did an amazing job along with the rest of the staff. Overall it was a quick and easy process. They seem to care a lot about their customers here which is why I will be back!
